I stayed in the hotel few years ago back in 2018. It was decent at that time. Recent stay experience is really terrible. Seems management has changed recently. It should 0 star review. Dirty everywhere, new dining area is like a bedroom with added sink for hand washing. It seemed like new management still using old reviews to get some business. Sad to see its became piece of garbage. I wont stay wont recommend to anyone

They cooked exactly what we wanted (it wasn't on the menu). They answered calls promptly and were very polite and accommodating. The room was clean, no bugs, had no unpleasant odors. Warm shower water! The only thing I wish they could change is double glass on the window so the traffic noise wouldn't be so loud.

Don’t go there it is not a very good place for you .

The room was very clean and smell- and bug-free. Noise from the street was moderate. Bathroom was clean and up to Western standards. Very close to the DAC airport. For the money, its definitely a winner!

Free shuttle bus to airport is great. Staff where very friendly and helpdul. Will stay here again.

If you need to be near the airport, then this is a good location but you will hear lots of honking of car horns all night. Staff was friendly but shuttle did not leave at quoted time for the airport due to another group of slow customers. I still made my flight on time but undue stress before flight.

Free airport transfer was great. Staff where very lovely will stay here agian.

Richmond is closed for renovations. I was sent to the Afford Inn, which is a very old and run down hotel. Not what I had booked. Very disappointed by Expedia and will be calling for a refund. This is what I would call bait and switch tactics.

Excellent service and facilities (pool, gym, steam room and spa). Good food and big breakfast buffet with good service. Overall a wonderful stay.

I never will book again

When i have checked out, at that time, after completed my payment,one of your staff from reception said something bad about me, i was badly hurt about that. Otherwise everything is good. Restaurant foods were so Yummy and also service was great.

A clean room with excellent service and good Internet that included pick-up and drop-off at the airport and bell hop service. A good restaurant with a view on the top floor. Mattress was a little hard for what Im used to.

Rooms are ok but very poor customer service.

Location was good, Wifi was working well. However service levels were sad. Room cleanliness was not up to the mark, walls were peeling off. Too many mosquitoes in the property. Breakfast was very basic.

Overall good experience and very close to Dhaka Airport.

My flight was arriving late PM so I had to book something close to the hotel with a good price, I made a good choice

Another great stay @ really Richmond , I always stay @ here on my arrival and departure from Dhaka airport , I have not been disappointed with any of my visits Free airport and drop off

For the price the quality of service was poor. Free amenities and cleanliness.

Worth the price for overnight stays only. The rooftop dining hall is a must for all. Breakfast is limited. The location is VERY near the international airport (5 minutes without traffic jam). Free wifi and shuttle service to and from the airport. But, it can get noisy at night due to cars in the main road. Get room 305 -it is far from the noisy road and has a glass-covered balcony (the way I see it).
