Great camp kitchen facilities and the pool was clean and convenient

Overnight stay. Quick in and out. Worked out efficiently

Aircon in our cabin was in need of a service. Bed and linen was fantastic. Pool was great but could do with additional shade.

We had a great experience! The new owners are lovely and are doing a great job! Our cabin was clean and easily accessible. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool, we had dinners by the pool in a communal area which was handy.

Great value for money, and a lovely quiet stay. Will be staying again on our next trip. The new Split System Aircons in the cabin make for a more comfortable stay over the old noisy box units. Staff are also extremely welcoming.

The laundry requires some attention. Outdated an out of order machines with no change facilities

All good. Could do with better WIFI IN THE CABINS

shower tapware is very old and worn out barely any water flow

Very few people staying in cabins,yet l got one of the oldest.Bed and linen clean,but cabin needs some TLC.I dont know whether it was because l booked with Expedia or not.Dissapointed.

High end Caravan Park with everything that one would expect. Hosts are delightful and step up to be available to assist.

We're very happy with this venue and have returned to it each year for the four Wall to Wall Festivals we've attended in Benalla.

On the hot days they should turn on the air conditioning prior to arrival. Reception staff need to be more person friendly and welcoming with their language and facial expressions

I had 3 nights at Gateway Lifestyle Benalla. Reception was friendly and welcoming. Parking was easy and convenient. My room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Old but well maintained and amazing value for money.

Was in town for a couple days racing at Winton with the MX-5 club of NSW , and found this to be a great place to stay for such a purpose. As I only used the room as a place to shower and rest my head I cannot comment on the entertainment, but did note that the TV was quite small and had I decided to watch TV in bed I likely would have been squinting or needed binny's. The room itself was exceptionally clean and though I checked in extremely late the front desk sent me great instructions regarding how to check in after hours. Bed was extremely comfortable - I slept like a rock. Room was also extremely spatious for just one person (queen + single). My only suggestion would be that the hotel provide a couple plates and cutlery. The room had a microwave, sink, and even sponges and dishwashing liquid - essentially everything but. For a couple bucks at K-mart they could equip each room with some plates and make it easier for guests who are bringing in take-away.

Old but ok. Long way from food, town etc. But is advertised as not being in town. Nice staff.
