The apartment was just as advertised. Very clean and well appointed. Comfortable bed and sofa. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make a full meal easily. The staff was very attentive and had good suggestions for touring. The location is great. Especially recommend the short walk to the Paul Klee center that is very close by.

The building and neighborhood are charming, quiet, and perfectly appointed for a quiet stay. i was not aware that the bathroom is not in the room. The bed, though perfectly comfortable did not have sufficiently large covers for 2 people. i would definitely stay again .

We had a king size bed with our own bathroom. The room was really too small for a king size bed, as it left no room

It was a pleasant surprise! Nice bright clean room and very courteous staff. Location is quite with excellent public transportation with about 7 minutes to city center. I will certainly use Max Attention wherever available.

Sat Nav found it ok and parking at apartment great. Did expect our own kitchen rather than shared. Liked the chocolates on the bed. good tv and English channels. Tram ticket enabled quick and easy access into the old town. Fabulous old centre unfortunately it was a Sunday and all shops closed.ere were all the brewpubs i was hoping for?

Good location. Nice and clean room. Though the hotel gave very clear instructions but you have to manage everything by yourself if you arrive after 6:00 pm since there is no staff there. Give free transportation pass.

We were surprised to learn the apartment shared a common area with 2 other bedrooms - this was not clear from the site. Renters in other room were cooking in the kitchen at 2am. There were no privacy shades for the bedroom which faced the main entrance. The bathtub was old and discolored. Directions to get to the apartment were not clear (only to the office). The man was helpful and courteous.

A bit thrown by no one there upon arrival. A phone was left under a sign explaining to call this number for instructions. Sorry, never made a phone call in Bern, Switzerland. Tried and failed using full number given. Had to find neighbors (good thing I’m fluent in German), explained situation, they made call, retrieved information for lock box, entered house, found room and settled. Room was adequate, but our bed was small and one side was pushed against a wall so one person had to crawl over the other for night bathroom runs. It was a mixed bag. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Good location with easy public transportation within 5 minutes walk. The hotel hands out a ticket for free public transport during our stay. Very clean and spacious room.

This hotel is a perfect place to stay to discover the city of Bern. It is located 3 minutes away from the tram, and you receive a transport pass with your room which allows you to move freely across the town. The hotel is warm and welcoming with a very nice host, Paul, who shared his local tips to not miss while here (Rosegarden for sunset view, bar in an old school, etc.). The room was also spotlessly clean and nicely decorated upon our arrival. We would happily recommend Max Aviation to anyone planning to visit Bern. Thanks!

The apartment is modern , nicely furnished and decorated , incredibly clean and organized. It is located in a residential area up in a hill 15-20 minutes away by bus from downtown. The nearest bus stop is about 5 blocks away . When you have lots of baggage it presents a challenge to carry them walking up the hill , but if you take a taxi or drive a car you will be fine .

Nice room/apt in older villa. Easy to access via tram from railway station. Very helpful staff. 5-10 minutes walk to supermarket and restaurants but supermarkets and shops not open on Sundays and after 5 pm on Saturdays. Room cost includes Bern pass which enable use of all trams which is great value.

Be prepared (we stopped in a French supermarket for provisions before crossing the border)!The appartment was large and had everything we needed, it is close to the tram line and local shops are not far from the door.

We didn't realize when we booked Max Aviation that we would actually be sharing an apartment with others. Specifically, sharing a bathroom with two other guests. Although it wouldn't be my first choice, it worked out alright. Our neighbours were, for the most part, considerate. The rooms were modern and clean and well-appointed. Although the apartment is in a suburb of Bern, it is very easy to get into the city centre on the tram.
