Spent 5 days in London, then arrived in Paris to stay here for 2.5 days. Fantastic apartment property for a family of 6 (2 parents) and 4 boys. Two bedrooms and a pullout couch full kitchen, excellent condition. Check in was easy and very friendly, even walked us to our apartment to make sure we were happy. Quiet location one block from Palais Garnier, excellent location right in the middle of everything we wanted to do in Paris. Front desk always staffed. Would quickly stay here again with a large family group if the opportunity arises.

This wonderful place, hidden behind a nearly unmarked door, is a find! We had an uber-gigantic room -- not just by Paris standards. Nice bathroom, great big bed, separate living room with sofa and two sitting chairs, kitchenette. All looking onto a nice garden space with minimal street sounds. Front Desk was always super friendly and very helpful. Shopping, restaurants and metro all within blocks. A real find -- don't tell anyone.

all good, except there was left over smell after cleaning (smell like detergent). I am sensitive on odour and need to open the balcony door overnight to clear the smell.

Our room was very very nice. We also had a terrace but the weather was too cold to enjoy it. The bed was comfortable and the room was very modern. Location was central to the Louvre and gardens. The Hop On Hop off bus was also nearby.

Picked Le Rayz Vendôme primarily because of location, amenities and good review - and it met all our expectations. New/Modern surrounded by historical buildings. Clean and spacious room with extra big super comfortable bed with very fluffy comforter (Tempting to stay in too long). Lots of hot water, kitchen amenities and high end coffee/expresso maker. Perfectly situated. Walk to all the luxury flagship stores, Louvre, Notre Dame, Gallaries Lafayette, Montmatre etc. Super helpful front desk team
PS: No laundry facility on site, which Expedia has failed to update. Not showing on hotel site or other booking sites.

What an unexpected find in a great location! Wasn't sure if we had the right entrance, but it's tucked away in the back. We were able to get a great discount on the app, and amazingly surprised at the unit we were given! Great staff, easy check-in, great amenities/services available which we didn't have time to use for our quick visit. Next time we will do an in-room massage.

This place is really nice (clean and spacious). I really appreciate that they offered free drinking water, tea and coffee. The staff were accommodating and friendly. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

This is was a lovely block of apartments with a kitchenette included in the room. The staff were amazing and helped with recommendations for places to go and advice on transport. Room was always cleaned and fresh towels left for use every day. There was however, a night club next to the block but this had little impact on our stay. This is only mentioned because some people may find this annoying during a stay. Overall, it was excellent stay, highly recommend it.

We didn’t sleep the first night due to a very hot room set at 81 and however we lower down the temp, aircon not working. Got transferred to another room which was also so hot. We were perspiring. Pls think twice and ask details for check in ( very difficult if arriving after their office hours). Pls ask every detail before staying.

The Le Rayz was well situated for exploring Paris. Standing back from the street is was very secluded and quiet. We stayed in the 3 person apartment which was excellent. I would certainly recommend this hotel and we will return.

Central location, comfortable sleep in a suite with quality beddings and kitchenette, great staff, efficient service e.g from hotel's engineer Anthony who solved light switch problem of kitchenette promptly and professionally. Highly recommended hotel!

The Family Room is great for family of 4. 2 rooms with comfortable beds and a small dining area. Lots of light in the space. The shower room is very large. Good stay with very kind staff. Convenient to all major tourist attractions and very close to Opera House and shopping. Recommend.

Staff was always very pleasant. Since my infant stroller is not completely collapsable and the hotel is a little ways from the Eiffel Tower they were able to reach out to their sister property and arrange for storage their while we toured the Eiffel Tower

The lovely room and bathroom were unfortunately spoilt by the heavily cracked glass table, cracked basin and toilet roll holder hanging off the wall.
Our first morning, whilst my husband was showering the bathroom flooded into the bedroom. Fortunately I was in the room, grabbed towels to stem the flow. Needed more towels, quickly dressed to go to reception for help (no phone in room), en route to lift found a towel cupboard. The shower cubicle was flushed with the bathroom floor therefore the water seeped beneath the shower door. Reception said they’d look at the problem but the only solution was to leave us with a stack of towels so each day we placed a towel defense by the shower door. If alone this wouldn’t have been possible. We did not receive an apology. Otherwise this would have been a delightful hotel. Great position. If the flooding problem is sorted we would recommend this hotel.

Good location, good staff, the hotel entrance is very hidden, the water during the shower leaks all into the shower, I would consider this facility as an apart hotel.

My room was facing the outside terrace. I felt insane. The bathroom wall had a ripped. The room is extremely small. I heard noises outside and didn’t sleep well at all. I asked to change rooms and they said the hotel was all full.

This hotel is just wonderful. Very clean, quiet, modern and 'bougie". There is also the most adorable kitty-cat to welcome you! They were very kind, helpful, spoke wonderful English, and helped us with our bags both arriving and departing.
We did order the Continental breakfast and while a fun treat, and on cute trays delivered each morning, it was a bit overpriced we felt and there wasn't the ability to mix the items.

Great location, attention and cleanliness. This was a family trip and we enjoyed our stay very much! The sofa bed is a little tight for two people but our daughters managed. We will definitely be back when in Paris! Thank you!

The location was amazing. About 10 minute walk to The Louve museum. The airport bus stops in Opera and around 6 mins to this hotel. The down side, area was regenerating so lots of building work. The hand wash was empty upon arrival, the toilet basin wasn’t cleaned to high standards. It was brown! The room was good size for 3 people.

Great spot! Love the hotel kitty, enjoyed coming home to him at the end of the day. The area is very nice, clean, pretty quiet and close to the metro. The balcony was nice but doesn't have a view.
Staff was helpful and very attentive prior to my stay.

Had a lovely time at Rayz, the beds were comfortable, the room was large. Loved the location- accessible to metro/bus or walking distance to a lot of the things I wanted to see/do. The hotel staff was friendly and communicative. Sent me emails to help coordinate airport transfer ahead of my departure. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone considering this location.

The Room is awesome and clean the staff are awesome , but you can not sleep after 8 AM because construction nearby
The other thing is that this property is inside so no facing the street no any city view and they do not tell you
They does not have any washing machine like they say .

Excellent staff, always available to support and help you with anything such as extra towels, shampoo, change in breakfast menu at the last minute. Staff was very courteous, attentive, extremely nice, gave us tips where to go eat etc. I am extremely happy we stayed at the Rayz-Vendome. I absolutely recommend it and will certainly stay there the next time we visit Paris.

Great location. Easy access from CDG by bus. Font staff and cleaning staff were very nice and polite.
Clean and comfortable room comes with mini kitchen.

Very convenient location for shopping near Place Vendôme and Galeries Lafayette. A lot of public transportation and very walkable around the area.
