The hotel is good for the money. Saint-Ouen and the neighboring Saint-Denise are not the finest of Paris quarters hence the vicinity is not great and this is the only reason not to recommend it. The hotel is simple, comfortable and clean. The hotel service was trying very hard to make my long stay as nice as possible.The Hotel is right near the Saint-Ouen flee market.

This is not a hotel, it a an old hous with rooms. The area is horrible and you will feel very unsafe. The walk to the metro is not bad but again, you need to keep your eyes open all the time. We did not have any problem but I will never go back to this area of Paris.

A great find! A little out of the way, but only about a 5-minute walk from the nearest Metro station. Lovely clean, comfortable hotel, the couple who run it are very friendly, and even tolerated my botched attempts at Pidgin French! If you don't mind the minor inconvenience of the greater distance from the centre, offset by hugely reduced prices, then I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
