This hotel is good in that it is right in the square. Very handy to everything and really easy to get to. Prosecco on arrival and a red bottle of wine on the last night was a lovely touch.
The downside was the heat in the room was hard to handle. If you used the air conditioning you were freezing. There seemed to be no inbetween. The tv was only in polish so if you like a little down time bring a book or kindle fire stick. Our Auschwitz-Birkenau trip was cancelled the night before we were to go and the receptionist really couldn’t be bothered to help us try and sort another trip. She just kept telling us that it wasn’t possible. I went online and looked and got a trip sorted thankfully.
All in all we enjoyed our trip.

Not superclean, in need of renovation. Leaking shower. Old furniture, and towels did not feel fresh.
We didnt ute the jacuzzi as there was a black hair on the bottom of the tub.

Nice, but small room (at least ours nr. 105), with quality in the renovation of this old house at Main Square.

Easy to reach from Airport via bus 300, then Tram 20 to Teater B.
Breakfast includs cold on buffét and warm to your own order of eggs, saussage/bacon, vegetables etc. It is a good breakfast including sekt and shot if you want! You can east breakfast at table outside Enjoying thr Square.
Last breakfast we asked for a preprepared bag to bring bcs we left very early. This bag was 2 Sandwish, a small chocolate a apple and a bottle of water (we was not so impressed of this).
However the sekt and wine they give in your room is a nice gesture - appreciated.
All in minibar is included, however there are "only" softdrinks, but anyway nice to have the service (refilled daily).

Fantastic stay at a higher end hotel. The location within the square is ideal for city breaks and close enough by a short walk to the train station.
A helpful, warm welcome on arrival set the tone for the visit, and the complimentary bottle in our room was a special touch.
The rooms are clean, modern and well maintained. With an excellent breakfast to fuel the day, I would recommend this hotel to others.

Nice hotel, although decor is a little tired and could do with a bit of modernisation. The staff are all great, we also had the added bonus of a welcome drink left in the room on our arrival and an exit bottle on our last night!! Location is great on the main square in Krakow

The hotel is in a 14th century building which has been rehabbed into an eclectic hotel - we had a bath tub in our living area. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. Great location right on the old town square but the room was quiet.

Hotel was perfectly located on the Main Square. The Main Square has a lot of restaurants with outdoor seating and carriages line up for tours. Room for 3 people was spacious. Breakfast had plenty of cold options and several cook to order items. Staff was pleasant, kind, and helpful. Airport transfer was reasonably priced and convenient. The only negative thing was an extremely slippery shower and bathroom floor. A grab bar in the shower would have been helpful. Would absolutely stay there again.

Absolutely stunning!! The room location is just hands down, perfect! The staff is so incredible from airport pickup to breakfast to check out and all the in betweens. Restaurants attached were superb and we enjoyed every moment!

I booked this for a girls trip in late August 2024 due to the excellent reviews. The hotel was relatively clean but the rooms were a little confusing. Black carpet which felt dirty. The bathroom configuration was really weird with you having to back into the toilet due to the really small space. The location was excellent! Right in the middle of everything! Overall it was ok but I wouldn't stay here again.

Staff are really friendly here always smiling and say hello, if you have any problems they are prompt to sort them to ensure you are happy.
Clean rooms and even better that there is a free drinks fridge and tea and coffee supplies also breakfast included hot or cold this was tasty and fresh

A very comfortable hotel with modern rooms, free minibar and welcome prosecco/fruit. Staff are really lovely and you couldn't wish for a better location right on the main square. I had a very early train and they even made me a lovely packed lunch as I would miss breakfast which was very kind. Highly recommended!

The hotel was amazing and I will definitely stay there again when I next return to Krakow. Ideally placed right in the square close to everything.
We had a premium room which had a double jacuzzi bath, 2 separate showers and toilets, so I couldn't fault it. The bed was comfortable and the rooms had air conditioning which was needed due to the warm weather during our visit.
The breakfast was freshly cooked and was lovely and there was also a good range of fresh items for breakfast, including prosecco! The staff were all friendly and helpful
