We wanted a weekend escape to just have fun. The kids had a blast being so close to the pier. You can't beat the price either!

Everything was updated and worked perfectly, very clean and spacious. Pool was excellent, gated for privacy and you were still able to smell the ocean. I would definitely recommend The Palms to stay at, I'm positive that I will stay here again.

I will never use Travelocity again. This place was unacceptable, I only stayed one night and they refused a credit. Once I saw the mouse droppings I had to leave. Parking was a joke. 3 partial rolls of toilet paper. Dirty Isn’t the word. Feet actually struck to floor. Pool was so dirty I couldn’t go in it. Many other things wrong.

For the price, a clean and comfortable lottle place, can walk to the beach and a convenient store where you checkin. Best hotel I've stayed at recently in that pruce range.

The floor and the pool were dirty. We had a studio and we had to clean the dishes before using it. They did not refill the coffee and the cups for the coffee. All electronics (TV, microwave, toaster and coffee machine) were not plugged and their cable was to short to plug them without moving them.

Close to beach and pier

Small bathroom, dirty floors, unclean room and just an old run down place. It said renovated but its was just painted. Not worth the price and not on the ocean either. Dont recommend staying here.

I booked this Motel at the last minute as I had originally had booked at La Quinta Inn, when we got to La Quinta and went to the room it had an awful foul smell of Mold. When I asked to have my room changed I was told that they are fully booked and they couldn’t change my room. The Hotel manager then told me if I want to cancel o would have had to give them 24 hours notice. I told them that nobody told me about the Smell 24 hours ago. I was able to get the Hotel manager to go to my Room with me, as soon as he opened the door he smelled it, turned around and told me he doesn’t have any other rooms available but will give me a full refund. The Palms was a little more expensive, the bed was comfortable, the TV worked and I was able to get a Hot Shower. This place would probably be packed in 2 months when Florida is warmer. It’s 1 block from the Beach.

Staff was nice, location was good. Pretty outdated room and bathroom. Small food mart was a plus. Free parking and we had plenty of space. Some gekko etc was crawling within thw ceiling at one evening but didn't come through. Heard fast steps and first was scared like hell but it's Florida. :D

Nice

Very spacious room. Just needed a place to rest after fishing, and it was more than adequate for my needs. I really liked the full size refrigerator for an extended stay.

The room smelled. Moldy bathroom. We walked out and found another hotel. No refund. Lost $129 but had to get out of there. Other ratings were definitely misleading.

Really nice place to stay

Owner was very nice and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Room was dated but very clean. He made a recommendation for dinner and it didn’t disappoint. We were there for a scuba diving excursion and were approximately 2 miles from the boat launch. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing spot to relax. Close to the beach. Great and convenient transportation to other beaches and dining options. Wonderful people. Stress free. Overall highly recommend!

Room #9 was amazing one bedroom apartment. Very modern and well kept.

Very outdated and dark. Not clean

It’s an older hotel but room was clean. Nice guy in office. Only bad thing was the air conditioner. Old fashion window type, was very loud when it kicked on, when it was running, and when it kicked off. Worked ok just loud.

Charming old school beach motel. Impressed that room included a full kitchen! Great value for a beach getaway.

Vintage motel. Old. Very noisy (barking dog all night), noisy neighbors. In serious needs of renovations. Didn't want to adjust the price when I had to leave a day before. So money over service.
