I loved my stay at this hotel. The service was excellent. The room was clean with lots of extras. The breakfast was delicious and served in a great atmosphere.

The staff are the Number One part of this hotel. Smiling, professional, ready to please. Had a tech issue with the hot water on my floor. No problem. Fully assisted move to an upgraded room 1 floor down. Ckean. Great bed. Clean linens. Great experience

This was my second time staying in Sabaidee@Lao during my business trip. Each lasting 7 days. Sabaidee@Lao is a excellent hotel with good location friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance to the night market various food outlets. Will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our time at Sabaidee. Room was very comfortable. Trouble with internet reception part of the time.

It was a good hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. The internet was pretty decent while staying there, however, Netflix would pause from time to time before really working well. I had to do some remote work while staying at Sabaidee connecting back to the US, and the connect stayed fairly strong and worked well enough for business chats and a couple web meetings. The bed was quite hard which is typical for SE Asia and the furnishings weren't too impressive but served their purpose. The bathroom was quite small, but the shower and water pressure were fantastic. Overall, because of the friendliness of the staff (and in general the Lao people), I would stay here again.

The staff was friendly, but at checkin they put us in a room with two twin beds, rather than one double we reserved. We had to show them a copy of our reservation and insist they change our room to the one we booked. They fixed it. The next day we needed airport transfer, which was included for free one way in our reservation. They were going to charge us 10USD for the transfer, until again, we showed them a copy of our booking. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Vientiane, but be sure to check everything to make sure I'm getting what I paid for...

I was first placed in the worst room at the end of the corridor next to the housekeeping, located on second floor of the other building for two nights. It was very loud, I can hear the steps from the room upstairs and the opposite rooms. I think the wall between the rooms is very thin. There is no lights coming in the room. There is another building, about a meter away, blocking the lights. I could not open the window for any lights to come in the room and the lights in the room are very low. I did not had a good sleep for two nights. Since I had two more nights to stay, so I requested for the new room. When I mentioned the room number, the staff knew it right away that my room was not good. They promised me the best room the next morning. I am happy with the way they handle my problem. The reason I was placed in that room because the hotel is full. The staff are very friendly and would try to solve my issue with no hesitation. Many thanks indeed.

The hotel personnel are courteous and helpful. location is great with so much restaurants around. not a crowded place. hotel is always clean .

An excellent choice with a terrific location. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is varied. Lots of tour groups but not a problem for independent travellers as we are. Lovely ambience at night and very quiet at all times. The breakfast coffee was not to our taste but there is an excellent coffee shop "Le Parisienne" just a few steps from the hotel. They do fabulous take out coffee so that solved the problem of morning coffee. We would deginitely stay again.

The best thing in that hotel is their staff which I consider all of them as kind and helpful. While their breakfast is not so elaborate, but for me its already sufficient. I like their staff so attentive to my needs. I'm not yet asking but they already know my needs. THANK YOU FOR THAT.

During two night stay with wife, I felt quite comfortable and no complain.

Had 5 Nice days, breakfast really good and easy to walk around to see all interesting places.
