Very well managed and convenient location close to all main points.

The property is less than a 5 minute walk from the ferry and about a 10 minute walk from the train station. This was convenient for me because I needed it to be easy and quick. The room was spacious for me, with a beautiful balcony view that I enjoyed. The bathroom was very clean and comfortable as well. The wifi was very stable and allowed me to work for both days. The breakfast was light and perfect with the best cappuccinos! It may seem a little tucked away from everything, but you have to walk and explore as everything is within a 15-20 minute walk basically. The only issue I had was that some of the throw pillows on my bed had a scent of cologne that wouldn’t go away - I think some of the folks that work there have a strong scent that just sticks around in the area.

The location of the B&B is convenient, easy walk to the train station and really close to the Cathedral and Astronomical clock, good restaurants nearby. The B&B was clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Great place to stay for a night or two while passing by Messina.

Wow, what an awesome little place. The rom is smallish but the bathroom, balcony, cleanliness and service make up for it. I highly cecommend and would stay there again.

The R&B was very neat, clean, beautiful and safe. It had a balcony with a beautiful view of the city. There is a nice Japanese restaurant next to the R&B with a pleasant view of the port and the sea. The tram line connecting to the bus station and train station was just a couple minutes walk. Victoria, the in charge of the R&B was very sweet, helpful and hospitable. Breakfast decent with fresh pastries, bread, fruits, eggs, and juice/tea/coffee. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend.

Room was very good, overlooking the port. Clean, modern bathroom and very comfy bed. Breakfast fine, usual continental style of meats, cheeses croissants etc... Might find you walk right past the front door as I did, as it is located in a residential block. Also the check in finishes at 8pm so not as late as other hotels but that aside, would certainly use again if stopping in Messina.

Staff was great. They helped us with our luggage and to take our car to the garage. The location is close to car ferry. Breakfast was basic.

In a great location for our arrival by ferry and departure by train. Very clean. Lovely friendly service. Felt at home with decor and furnishings which were modern and comfortable. Arrived earlier than planned but they were very accomodating. Breakfast was good.

This is an excellent hotel in a nice old building with all the tourist sights close by. You can relax in the cooler central courtyard. The breakfast is good and cheap at only €5. My only criticism is that it has no parking and you must try and park on the busy streets close by which can be a challenge.

Only 10 minutes walk from the railway station and close to Cathedral Square. Really friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble.

Fabio made the stay so excellent. He went out of his way to accommodate us. He welcomed us before the normal check-in, took us to the local train station and made sure we bought the correct train ticket.The breakfast was very good with eggs, ham, cheese, coffee, teas and pastries.I would highly recommend this establishment.

We love this hotel , the staff is friendly and helpful and the area is really good. Lovely veiws of the habour and the city.

Just a quick one night stay that we wished had been longer. Beautiful city with some amazing buildings and attractions. The B&B was clean and comfortable and in great location. On street parking was easy and our hosts were great - welcoming and very helpful.Breakfast was good - great value for money.Would stay again.

Lovely and welcoming bright and clean

This hotel was wonderful. It's a wonderful deal for what you get, but really...what makes this a great place to stay is the excellent owners and staff. The owner and his son are two great people and staying in this hotel just to meet them was worth it for me. The only negative thing I could possibly say is the hotel is small and cozy... if you prefer large hotels, it might not be a good fit for you.
