Clean enough for us but not hotel standard. Small room so the slanted roof did make getting in bed slightly difficult. Towels, bedding, shampoo, shower gel and tea/coffee supplied. Staff were friendly. It is quiet loud in the evening with people outside and with traffic in the morning. They do not do breakfast despite it stating that they do on their website, inconvenient but we found a diner nearby. Large car park but was very full, we had to park elsewhere until pub was almost closing.

It was a comfortable 2 night stay. A better menu would have made for an excellent stay.

The inn is in the middle of nowhere but the rooms are cozy & the pub is great. Strong wifi signal adds a lot of value as well.

When the booking was made there was no indication on the website, that the pub didnt serve food apart from a basic pizza, or that the main road noise was constant throughout the night. It was really disappointing, but at least the room was comfortable.

A very nice quiet hotel, with excellent food, comfortable bed and a good hot shower.

A very convenient place to stay near Maidstone. Easy to find. My later arrival was easily accommodated and the stay was quiet and comfortable. A comfortable bed and a good shower highlighted my stay. Car parking is close and plentiful. Basic stay with NO breakfast but a food menu is available for the evening meal.

Staff were helpful & friendly. Rooms were at the back of the pub in a converted out building. Small, nicely decorated, bed comfortable but they must have a damp problem. The rooms really smell damp. Which is a shame as they were reasonably priced.

Useful location for access to main routes. Room not large but comfy beds. Pub attached. Perfect for a one night travelling stop.

Was ok for a quick stay. People were nice. Smelt damp. Furniture was in strange order. Side light didn’t work. Just needed a deep cleaning.

Perfect for an overnight stay. A glass and soap wouldn't go astray in the bathroom and a spring clean to remove all the cobwebs would help.

Cheap and cheerful and did the job.

Amber was very welcoming with some welcome humour as well. As single rooms go, it was comfortable with everything you need and had a new carpet. The only downside was the plumbing was a bit noisy when other guests were using it. The pub is convenient and the food & drink was very good. Would stay there again.

The room had NO smoke alarm, lots of cobwebs, laminate flooring in bathroom squelched when you walked on it, kettle lit up but did not work. Would I stay again NO....

Quiet and comfortable

There was no one in the hotel it’s waste of time believe me guys

The staff were friendly and looked after us, they came in everyday and gave us clean towels and replaced teas, coffees, sugar, and generally cleaned the room. The beds were very comfortable, the only trouble was that there was damp in the bathroom and you could smell it and the fan in the bathroom was very noisy. Didn't get breakfast but they offered meals during the day, times varied when you got a meal. They were fine a bit expensive, and far too much and if you had eaten there a few times the menu didn't change. Would be fine for a couple of nights but no longer we stayed there for 2 weeks

Lovely host and welcoming atmosphere when we stayed. Food was great.
