It was not possible to switch of air-conditioning and the curtain didn't really close so nights were rather noisy and bright so that I couldn't sleep well... Rest was perfect.

Lady at check-in was very rude. Only by the book. Maybe sej had no expietence.

I stay in Vilnius frequently, often in hotels. This is a good one, with helpful, knowledgeable staff; quiet; comfortable bed and furniture, good wifi, easy to use keys and lifts. I didn't try the (Italian) restaurant, but it was well-occupied (though my stay was largely during a public holiday). Heating/aircon was perfect. My only problem was one evening when hot water didn't fully function.

Nice staff, clean hotel, special rooms and great location

The hotel is in a great location! Rooms are ok, service at the reception is nice. We stayed for 2 nights, unfortunately our room was not cleaned and towels not changed, even thought we had a notice on the door to clean it. In addition, even the check in time was 2pm, our room was not ready till 3pm.

Friendly staff, excellent location for visiting the downtown. Nice breakfast. Parking cost 25€ which is expensive, however a bit cheaper than parkings around.

Nice room, comfortable bed. Control over the temperature was problematic as it tended to be warm. However that was able to be fixed by propping up the door. Breakfast was by far the worst part of the stay. Very little was particularly appetizing from my point of view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall nice hotel but don't plan on a good breakfast

This is a really amazing hotel ! Great location and very helpfull and polite staff. The roomsxsnd the whole hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast was very good with lots off different choises off foods. We really enjoyd our stay and will be back.

Amazing hotel to stay. Very welcoming And helpful reception staff. Always had a smile. Excellent location hotel. Lots of tourist spots within walking distance. KFC, MacDonald's, Hesburger all within 3 to 4 minutes walking distance Lidl opposite hotel. Room was very spacious with a terrace.

Very nice hotel with excellent staff. A little difficult to find, as there is sister Hotel Congress nearby that can lead to confusion.

As a hotel 4+ stars, its weird that they do not serve free water for guests in the room. Also, no gym at all :( All in all its quite nice hotel, but has some small issues impossible to turn off AC

Location is great, but service left a lot to be desired. Towels were not replaced, taxi booking to the airport was mismanaged and inability to recommend good restaurants.

Very nice hotel in the old town of Vilnius. We had a balcony right on a major street of Vilinius surrounded by nice restaurants and bars. Don't worry, the room is soundproof! Breakfast was very good, location was perfect i definitly recommand!

Beautiful hotel very well located. The rooms are big and also de Bathroom. Two recommendations, bigger towels and more English Channels in the the TV. The staff was very helpfull.

Nice hotel at the city center. The room is on a small side given the level of the hotel and air conditioning is not the best as the room felt like missing fresh air. The bathroom in the standard room is small. Location is great and everything is clean.

There isn't a better hotel with a better location! My room was spotless and very comfortable. I loved the modern furnishings and I had the most beautiful view. The staff were very helpful and even booked me a taxi for 4 am. I look forward to returning and staying there. I had just a four minute walk to the opera, a 4 minute walk to my hop on bus tour and my tour to Trakai, and the mall and cat cafe were just across the street. I was able to walk to many sights from the hotel. One of the best parts of this hotel is how quiet it is! They use heavy doors so you don't hear anyone in the hall. I would have thought that I was alone on the 4th floor! Also, the buffet breakfast was delicious but it ends at 10:30 so don't prepay if you are prone to sleep late.

The hotel itself was super good and clean but the breakfast was not up to my standards, honestly saying tasteless.

Great hotel close to Cathedral Square with lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good, albeit the same every day. The room was nice and clean, bed comfy. Only minor issue was the duvet which was too small for the double bed.

Stayed here in superior room for 3 nights, absolutely gorgeous modern hotel, very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, Laura working in restaurant particularly helpful. Very close to restaurants and bars. Breakfast buffet with great choices, dinner menu fantastic. Would highly recommend!!
