Stayed twice, once on the way into Fiji before going to resort and the second one our last nice out.
Location wise best in Port Demarou
Night one was incredible, upstairs room, large and comfortable, and the best bed I have slept on
Second night, terrible. Downstairs room, very noisy, both from street and staff outside the door having long winded conversations. The worst was we could hear everything from upstairs, every time they moved a chair along the floor (and they seem to do it every 2 minutes up to 2am) and the beds were like sleeping on a rock. Partner actually has back pain now as a result.
I would go back if I could guarantee an upstairs room

The hotel is perfectly located a 3 min walking distance from the marina. Our one bedroom suite was great for doing laundry, making a couple of meals. The on site restaurant was handy, the pool was lovely, and the staff were always really friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great hotel located just near to the harbour with lots of shops and restaurants and the ferries to the different islands.
Staff very friendly and helpful. On site cafe has good food and coffee.
Some issues with plumbing in our room as the sink didnt drain well and the shower flooded the floor- prompt response from the hotel but didnt improve the issue.
Overall a quiet, well located hotel especially if you are heading over to an island stay.

Very convenient location as it is about a 30 second walk from hotel to the port. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only down side was the aircon didn’t work very well in our room.

Location was perfect to port denerau Marina to catch a boat out to an island . We walked with our bags . Perfect location as was right there. Great room, no complaints

We booked the Palms to use as a convenient base to attend a family wedding at one of the resorts. We didn't expect luxury, and we got exactly what we wanted:... a clean, conveniently located property. The 2-bedroom apartment was very spacious, with a good kitchen and two generous bathrooms. There were only 2 of us and we chose to sleep in the second bedroom furtherst away from the road to avoid any of the early morning port traffic others have noted. We slept very well.
The small pool was lovely. We didn't try out the cafe.
Great location right next to the Port Denarau shops and restaurants, and a 15 minute stroll to the wedding venue at the Sofitel.
Recommended for anyone wanting a value for money base.

We only stayed one night but had everything we needed - the place was absolutely stunning and convenient to the port. It was clean, and all the facilities were there. Would recommend staying here, especially if you need a night or two before taking a ferry.

Parking an issue not enough front desk staff didn’t even try to accommodate us fir late out even though we told them we had a night flight. We were told that we could leave our luggage in the office and hang out by the pool which was very dirty the water was green. The day we checked in our was not ready by 3 which meant the guest previously must have checked out late but we didn’t get that opportunity which os sad.

We stayed one night as we transitioned from our land vacation to our sea vacation. It was at the marina which had all the convenient you needed. We enjoyed the food, drink and deals we found on clothes and souvenirs. The pool was nice to cool off in. The small restaurant was convenient for breakfast and drinks by the pool. The staff was awesome and helpful.

Beautiful rooms & staff. Easy access for the port, dining options & shopping. Comfortable beds & pillows…everything was spotless. There was road noise as others have mentioned but was manageable for us. Would definitely return if we make it back to this paradise 💜

Stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was ‘huge’. This property would suit if you are into day trips from Port Denarau, as it is super convenient - less than 5 minute walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants at the ‘Port’
