Super clean and modern hotel! The room and bathroom were spacious, and the front desk staff was super accommodating of early check-in and keeping bags after check-out. The air conditioning was powerful and reliable too. The walls are a bit thin so you may hear your neighbors.

It is an excellent location. The staff were very responsive. Easy to check in and the apartments provided information about airport pickup. Couple of things to keep in mind if you are traveling with a family of 4 like we did. An extra roll away bed will cost you 36 Euros/day.Wi Fi is a little slow and streaming videos are not very smooth.You dont get a cleaning service every day.Reception is unmanned after 11 pm, one night an alarm went off at 3 am, and it took about an hour for this to be resolved.Overall though very good value, all the staff members speak good English and are very helpful. And you cannot beat the location, right on Ave Diagonal.

El hotel está bien, lo que deben de mejorar tal vez es la limpieza del baño, había mucho polvo, en lugares donde se veía no limpiaban nunca, las sábanas un poco desgastadas, pero eso sí, tienen muy buen servicio a la hora de solicitarles cualquier cosa. En si mi habitación la 002, necesita ciertas mejorías y nos encontramos con la ventana del baño rota y el lavaplatos también, son pequeñas cosas que pueden mejorar. En sí tiene una ubicación excelente y muy buen servicio al huésped, y lo que nos importó más, es muy seguro!!

We had a very pleasant and memorable stay. Thanks to Kiwi Destiny. The location is central and within shopping precints and restaurants. It's handy and easily accessible by public transports. The building has a historical but well maintained lift to get your lugagges up the building. The host was very friendly and helpful. We had strong free wifi. The room was very clean and had fruity smell. It was well decorated and colour coordinated. Thanks again Kiwi Destiny.

The service by the front desk people is outstanding. The location is great - walk to many restaurants which are not full of tourists. Short walk to hop on hop off busses as well as other transportation. Clean and attractive. My only negative was the specific room we had. We booked months in advance and paid a premium price - booked double with city view - which is what we received. The particular room had multiple negative issues for us. First, it is just inside the entrance to the front desk area so everyone coming in is just outside door - and everyone talking to front desk is talking right outside door - noisy. It is also right over entrance to the building so every time someone enters you hear the doors. The air conditioner is situated directly in front of the bed blowing into your face and on your head - if you turn it totally off gets hot and stuffy, even I f no cooling is on but fan is on the blow is on your head - whoever planned this should have to sleep there for a few nights. No light for the desk which could be solved with a lamp. On the other hand - the bed is comfortable and the shower is very nice. Room is pretty. If I were owner I’d look at the air conditioner for s fix and use this room as a last resort, not for a customer who booked far in advance.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating and answered any questions we had. The location was in a nice neighborhood with restuarants and businesses close by. The only thing that I did not care for, which may be a personal preference is that the shower is located in an open space in the bathroom it is not sectioned off, so the whole floor gets wet and water splashes all the way to the sink and toilet.

When we arrived there is no one in reception and we waited for more than 10 mins. The room was nice with excellent balcony. However, we stayed there for 4 days and the bath supplements and coffee are for one day stay definitely and you need to pay for more. I dont understand if so why not booking one day and one day separately.

We absolutely loves our stay. Every room is so clean and smells so good! The place is so modern and beautiful. The staff had all the answers. a bit far from everything but we still managed to walk everywhere. 30-60 minutes walking depending on the destination. The area was very safe also!

Very clean room. Hotel was close in proximity to everything. Very spacious! There was a kitchen-for people staying long although we didn't use it. The only part we had a little trouble with was using our key to get in the building at night, but it ended up working out.

A short break here and it was wonderful. The apartment was spacious and in a nice area with plenty of shops and resteraunts nearby. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay. We selected the hotel based on location, room options, and price and it was exactly as advertised. The crib and mattress they provided was perfect for our toddler and we enjoyed the full kitchen and enclosed outdoor patio. The staff was very friendly and made our stay easy and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The combination of the new and old windows meant that the street noise was not a problem. It was actually nice to just open the window and let the fresh air in.
