Al la carte Food is excellent Buffet is ok There was no hot water

We booked for 5 days, this is okay hotel but some renovation is going on when we were staying may be that impacted our overall experience.

Overall I had a good feeling and will recommend to others

Check- In took longer time then expected.. Rest everything was Good..

Staff were polite, courteous, always attentive to our needs and anticipate. The hotel is close to the beach althoutwe have to walk up the steep hill returning. View from our room is not bad. Breakfast included many varieties. Dakshin restaurant is excellent, we had lunch one day!

Worst experience in the hotel with all rundown rooms and cockroaches in the bathroom and stinky toilets. Hot water was not available for bath.

It’s a great place to stay as a 4 star hotel. However it is quite short staffed for the traffic!! Staff are very friendly and scrambling to accommodate customer requests… Breakfast restaurant area is too small, food was excellent! All in all, it was a great place to stay, clean, great view. Hiring more staff and increasing breakfast area will make it better. Plus lift/elevator to be available to breakfast area too

A highly recommended place to stay in n Vishakapatnam. Great service, smooth check-in and courteous staff. Very neat, clean and sanitised room. The breakfast included wide variety and personal staff attention.

this property is little old .. couple of fixtures inside the rooms are pretty old.. my Daughter got hurt on the first day of the stay inside the room... later the staff covered the iron beam which caused the issue. other than that everything is normal

the location is nice & you can view the Sea from Room. Rooms are comfortable. Room Service needs to be better, House keeping & amenities in Rooms are fine. Restaurant Dakhsin is very nice - both ambiance & food Check-in & Checkout both are fast

Staff upgraded us to an ocean view room. Going to the beach is down hill but coming back is a pretty steep climb. Beach is not the greatest- lots of trash but the area is active with lots of visitors till late night.

Booked this hotel because of its proximity to the beach and Expedia had a members special (72 USD per night). For that price I was not expecting a 5 star services but I did get that kind of attention and service. Initially the front desk person could not find my reservation with my first name and last name. I had to show them the confirmation email I received fromExpedia. Then they were able to find it . Still not sure why they could. It find it with my name. While they were searching for my reservation, I we served a nice welcome drink. Which was nice. I asked for a room with a beach view. The front desk told me that they will move me later in the afternoon to a room with a view but they did not. The check in experience could be better! Once i checked in, rest of the stay was very comfortable! Rooms are decent size, the bed was comfortable, room had a few complimentary water bottles.This hotels has a few restaurants to chose from. The check out experience was nice. The on duty manager called an Uber for me and personally walked me to my taxi.Staff was friendly and professional.
