A nice hotel. Room is spacious .

We stayed for 7 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has charm, the rooms are spacious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great as well. Situated at Toyahira River bridge it's only a short walk into town and there is a busstop in front of the hotel as well. It also has its own stop for the shuttle to the airport and offers a free shuttle to Sapporo station. You might need google translate as not all staff speaks english.

Nice and clean hotel, but a bit away from the city center area with many restaurants and shopping shops. about 15-20 min walk needed.
Fitness center was small and poor air-conditioning, below average level.
Pool was not open.
Breakfast buffet was good, but Il Salvace was good but too small, while California was big but too crowded.

Every single member of staff was outstanding. We have stayed at this hotel twice now and will stay again at a heartbeat. The breakfast was amazing every single day. The rooms are large and so is the bathroom. The airport limousine stop is right outside the hotel which is a great help. The property is extremely clean and the staff are extremely helpful and will help you with everything. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to take you to Sapporo station.

Service was amazing. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Location wise the hotel is great walking distance to nearby landmarks, shopping districts and restaurants. We barely took taxis as everything was walkable from the hotel.

The room central air conditioning was rather weak as no air draft was felt. Lighting in the room can be brighter.

Had a fantastic 3 night stay. The room was spacious and the view of the river was beautiful day and night. The rug was and lamps were a little worn with age but otherwise very clean.

Their Onsen was out of order while we were there. They were nice to provide free car parking while other hotels charges us. A good range of breakfast. They even provide takeaway cups for coffee or tea from the breakfast area. Walking distance to the popular Suzukino shopping area. About 10mins walk.

Breakfast was included with room stay, very good breakfast! Must have the French toast!! Lots to choose from so come hungry! You’ll probably won’t have to eat lunch! I skipped lunch!

A gorgeous hotel! Staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and the room was great. There is easy access to parking, although a car is not really necessary as this location is close to many different tourist areas. Definitely recommend! :D

Hotel was convenient to many dining and shopping businesses . Checkin did not go well as they lost our reservation but in end was able to secure a room. Breakfast buffet was good with many options.

Central Heater was blasting and it was too hot. We had two adjoining rooms and whole space was nice, property is old and needs upgrade. Staff was excellent but old rooms and uncomfortable hearing made it a bit disappointing of a stay.

Excellent service staff. Rooms are very large and spacious. There is a pharmacy and gift shop in house with helpful staff that are able to communicate in english and chinese. There is a convenience store opposite the hotel. While there is no microwave in the room or available on the common corridors, staff are extremely helpful and helped us to heat up our food when we requested for help.
The location is a little inaccessible via public transport. If you are driving, there are plenty of parking lots available for a daily fee.
We had a great stay at the hotel were left impressed by the service standards of the staff. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Very nice hotel with the great views of the river on one side and the city on the other side. Spacious room with both a shower and a bathtub. Great comfortable bed; nice furniture; very clean room. Breakfast buffet is so elegant & delicious with tons of choices for both carnivores and vegans. The front desk personnel is very helpful & fluent in English. We ended staying 3 nights in this hotel. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone who enjoys the best of services.
