We loved this hotel. It is really convenient for both stations in Lille and for visiting the city itself. Staff were really friendly and responsive. They have a book in which they note requests and things get actioned. The bed was really comfortable and we had an excellent shower. Breakfast is also excellent. Good double glazing made the room very quiet. We had a really good time.

I hesitated between a 3 and a 4 and settled on 4 because after 4 nights, I got used to the place. It is a good modest hotel non rated by the city of Lille itself. This says it all. It is clean, well located across the street from the Lille Flandres train station, within walking distance to the city center and major shopping center as well as in close proximity to several restaurants. However, it is an old hotel which does not have electronic keys (that’s right, you’ll get a key that you will have to leave at the front desk and ask for when you return). There is no AC which I had missed when I booked and as it was low to mid 20C a bit hot in the room. The room is smallish and in no way ressembles the picture - it is much more outdated and there is relatively low light in the room. My bed was comfortable and the bedding clean. Due to Covid, you must indicate daily if you wish for someone to enter and clean your room. There is no safe in the room. The staff which is always on duty is very friendly and willing to help. The hotel offers breakfast which I tried on the first day but decided after to go to the train station which is what I would recommend. I did wonder at the time of reserving why it was so affordable and well now I know. Unless you are on a very tight budget, I would suggest you stay elsewhere. There is also a sort of ferry agency across the street which gathers people from early morning and then screaming for most of the morning that I found scary.

Good value hotel, clean and tidy, one minute from Lille Flandres which was perfect.

Location in Lille is tremendous. It is not fancy, but it does the trick for a simple, affordable, no-frills hotel. I would stay there again

I like the area of the property, very easy to walk to the train station and to the centre of town. I loved my room, it was very spacious and had a comfortable bed. I didnt like how the building was structured so it took long for us to get the reception

The hotel was very clean and the staff adorable. Clean, comfortable, warm room. I'd pay a touch more to have a tea/coffee facility in my room. The only potential problem is that the "annexe" has no lift - can be really difficult if you have heavy luggage to ferry to floor 5! Apart from that, great little hotel.

I was surprised by a 9.99 Euros fee for city and breakfast at the beginning and finding the light keys in the corridors was a bit hard but apart from that it was a very clean, very quite room with polite and helpful staff. I asked for a tooth brush since I left it home and they did not have one. All these downsides are trivial matters and overall it was a good stay.

Arranged on the evening and was looking for something clean, inexpensive and close to both Lille stations. This fit the bill.

The rooms for 1 occupancy is very small compared to the picture shown online. After you keep your luggage the only place you can walk around is on your bed. It's okay to stay overnight but not if you planning for more than 2 days.

It was all good until evening started. There seemed to be a disco next door which kept going until 2AM and did not allow us to rest. Other than that it was all good.

How this place is classed a hotel is beyond me...more like a hostel. Standard room is more like a box room. My garden shed is bigger! One side of the bed was squashed against the wall making it very claustrophobic for the person that was facing the wall. No cupboards, just 3 hangers. No safe, no tea facilities. no toiletries. No hand towels on 1st day, and no bath towels on 2nd day. Bathroom extractor fan not working , mouldy bathroom. Bins not emptied, dirty walls. Stain on duvet. Breakfast was minimilistic...no hot bf. Staff don't know how to smile and communicate with guests. Check in took 15 mins as there were 7 people in front. Waited 5 minutes to check out as receptionist was having a cigarette outside. In summary worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many. Not worth the money I paid and was left very disorientated and angry. Would not recommend this to anyone!!!..you definitely do not get the room that is advertised!!

Very nice hotel. Room was larger than usual with large bathroom. Simple but nice and recent decoration. Staff was was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel close to train station and restaurants.

Very attentive and helpful staff from our arrival to departure. The breakfast was extensive and delicious for continental, having a hairdryer available from the front desk to loan a good idea. The room was spacious and bright. Would highly recommend and so easy to find!
