The thing that sets this hotel apart are the staff. Every single one of them made conversation with me, remembered my name, were so friendly and smiley. Very welcoming

I paid a lot of money ( because is high season) and on the reception ask me €1.50 per day for safe box and €2.00 per day for refrigerator. This is so unprofessional. The breakfast for 4 star hotel is very poor..its difficult to find parking in the parking space of the hotel. Is big hotel and very few parking spaces

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception staff went above and beyond expectations to ensure we felt welcomed. Special thanks to Maria and Vassiliki who always took the time to talk and play with our toddler. The chefs, especially Spyros and Vassiliki, at the hotel restaurants were accommodating to our requests to indicate dishes we needed to avoid due to our dietary restrictions. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the strip, walking distance to restaurants and fig tree bay - sunrise beaches. The dine around option is worth it: if you are planning to stay there for a week or more, consider getting the half-board option to get access to the 4 restaurants affiliated with the sunrise hotels. You get specific options covered with the half-board option, excluding drinks.The room was adequate and most importantly clean. Room cleaning was more than satisfactory. Keep in mind that you have to pay extra for fridge and safe (3.5 eu a day).The hotel pools are medium-sized and there is a baby pool as well, on 2 different levels. We felt the pool experience to be average, dated pools and people reserving most of the sunbeds. The hotel should really enforce their own rules on this. However, its best to go to the nearby beaches for a better experience than spend time at the pool.Limited (at best) entertainment.Pomelo: Breakfast options are exactly the same every day. Dinner options are average at best. Overall, great experience, great hotel.

Lovely hotel , well located, good service and clean. We were all very pleased with our choice of hotel.

The hotel has a great vibe and the staff was exceptionally friendly and responsive. We really appreciated that it was child-friendly and the kids club was a pleasant surprise. The excellent soundproofing of the rooms in such a bustling area is also a great bonus. The breakfast was good, but it could have included a bit more variety to match the high quality of the rest of the experience. We had asked for a baby crib when we booked which was not included in the room when we arrived late at night, but it was immediately sorted first thing in the morning when we asked. We would happily visit again.

We were asked to stay in the Sunrise Beach Hotel as the Sunrise Gardens Aparthotel was not yet ready for the season. The upgrade was in our favour and we enjoyed four nights in a good hotel with excellent facilities. The only negative thing to report was the entrance to the Sunrise Beach Hotel's underground car park - our hire car could not gain access over the ramp at the entrance without scraping its underside on the concrete 'ledge'. From the evidence on the ground, many other cars have experienced the same problem. This is a concern when there are unscrupulous car hire companies out there who would delight in charging customers for damage not really of their own making. The hotel should rectify this in the interests of its customers.

The location is in the center close to 2 beautiful beaches the staff is very good and helpful. Hotel is clean and renovated. Good breakfast and lunch, dinner is no more then ok.

We had a perfect three nights staying!!! The hotels' renovation is modern and beautiful! The room is comfortable and clean! The stuff is pleasant and helpful! They have a rich breakfast and tasteful lunch! The swimming pools are clean and we love the bar inside the one of the swimming pools! Bonus is the location of the hotel, most of the restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and beaches are in the same road with the hotel! It was our second time there and it definitely won't be our last!
