My family and I stayed here for 6 days while my son attended a hockey camp in Sylvan Lake. The property, while older was very clean, and the staff was friendly and courteous. The continental breakfast was just adequate (no protein options aside from hard boiled eggs), but its better than nothing. The kitchenette in the room was convenient, but unfortunately with no exhaust vent on the stove the room got pretty smokey when we cooked burgers. Overall great value for the money!

Since i do a lot of business travel i was very suprised how proffesional, clean the place was for being a smaller inn. Usually smaller Inns are not as clean and comfortable to stay in. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Room was clean and bed was very comfy. I recommend this place for anyone travelling through without breaking the bank. Very affordable.

The receptionist of Saturday, was not nice and just want to refer, that I didn’t report that I was bringing with me, my dog. For me is in acceptable because the hotel said on the web of Hotels.com that was pet friendly. She sent me to the worse room I have been. The air conditioning sounds like a train. Smell like a lot of people smoke over there. On Sunday the lady who take care of us was so nice. I feel bad for her worst that place.

We enjoyed our one night stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. It was a little bit hard to understand the front desk staff but they were very accommodating.

Very friendly

It’s exactly what you would expect in a small town Motel - and that’s not a bad thing! It has all the basic amenities and clean rooms. The only two negatives are very low water pressure in the shower and the air conditioner is LOUD.

Old…desperately needs renovating. Cracked flooring/ dirty walls/dead bugs in light fixture. Bedspreads old. Dirty.

It is a small and very friendly place that I would go to again when in Lacombe BC for sure. Continental breakfast was exactly what I needed.

Has everything I need for me and my dog for a weekend, so we stay here every time we are in Lacombe. Lots of green space right outside our door, and a huge park a short walk away. Super nice owners that never fail to check in to make sure your stay was good.

A family run older motel property but well maintained!

Cut backs have obviously impacted this establishment. The tiny shampoo bottles were obviously used and half empty. Soap was non existent. Only one washcloth and on the second day towels were removed and not replaced. The key lock took about six tries to unlock the door. When we asked to use an iron and ironing board, we were watched like hawks in case we might steal them. The continental breakfast had comfortable upholstered chairs but the kitchen area , visible to eating area was piled up with dirty dishes. They bragged about having boiled eggs. Staff served us from a dirty pot with only a few eggs left and clearly overcooked. The pan was sitting on the counter unrefrigerated. Margarine was served up in a 850g container that been accessed a lot. An empty milk carton was sitting in a bowl unrefigerated. And so I do not reccomend this inn.

Very nice people run this motel, and the pet-friendly room is always clean. I stay here every time I am in Lacombe (3-5 times a year). The price is reasonable, and its close to a restaurant.

I enjoyed how it served what it said it would serve. It provided me a place to stay, along with the very nice staff. Although my schedule prevented me from accessing all the potential services and amenities, there was just enough for me to have a good night’s rest.

The staff were accommodating when we called and asked for an early check in but then when we arrived we were told that there should have been an extra $30 added to our bill for inconveniencing the cleaning staff to get the room done early! No mention of this fee before hand (or when ever booking a room any where else and asking for the same service!)when initially asking so we did not pay it, thankfully! When we got to the room the hot water tap was broken in three pieces and we had to get it replaced. There was also no extra toilet paper only a meager 1/4 roll on the holder. The tap was fixed and an extra roll of paper was supplied but it seemed begrudgingly. The continental breakfast was meager and the yogurt we got was outdated. The TV was also the smallest we've seen in a motel room! Overall not a great experience, the place needs updating but it served it's purpose for the night.

We’ve stayed here many times because it’s quiet, easy parking, convenient and safe.

I really liked the receptionist she was very nice and friendly and helpful.

The location is quieter than most hotel's and the staff was excellent, the breakfast also very good.

Stayed a couple of days and found the rooms quiet and super clean which is all I really want from a budget friendly Inn. Thanks to Sophia who made the check in easy and fun!

I was traveling with my dog so the direct room access was convenient. I requested an early check-in and staff was very accommodating and made sure my key worked and that I had everything I needed. The furnishings are dated but clean and comfortable. Breakfast items looked to be minimal but I grabbed a coffee and hit the road. Area was quiet and had space to walk my dog.

Filthy. Bathroom door holes, kitchenette stove old food on it, snot (or something) rubbed on walls, old coffee creamers in Kleenex holder, room was FREEZING (space heater was an indicator they knew but it was ineffective), light bulbs missing,no exterior light either. Bed was comfortable though. Felt horrible taking my son there.
