Pulled the sheets back on the bed and there was crumbs from food it was terrible

I am super irritated and unhappy and would appreciate a bit of a refund. The stay has been awful. The guy at the front desk has been nothing but rude. I asked for toilet paper and towels and they never brought them. I have not had this bad of service in a long time.

First room I checked into is room 106.The bathroom still in above, was leaking into my room and there was lots of water on the floor the second room I checked into 214
There was a heater in the room portable, but the the plug on the here was different than a receptacle would not fit. Room was cold, not enough blankets on the bed. They wouldn't give you any extra blankets.
And the bed was uncomfortable.
Didn't sleep well. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. This is one of those rent by the hour hotels. And not in a very good location, either a bad part of town

The hotel is very neglected...... bad smell of cigarettes everywhere...... very old and bad furniture..... the coffee at the reception is terrible.... but the staff try hard and it is well located for those who are going up in the state of Montana!

Worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Freezing with only a thin fleece blanket on bed. Bed Bugs, Bed Bugs, Bed Bugs. Stay away from this place whatever your reading on amenities are lies, no restaurant to eat at. Shame on this place being open. I’m reporting them to Health Dept in Billings

The facility was not well kept and needed a lot of repairs. Halls and rooms were not very clean and at check in, the attendant appeared to be doing a favor to the clients instead of being welcoming.

Took over 30 min to check in new staff, not knowing how to do things, tv worked but cable didn’t do you couldn’t watch anything

Carpet was torn by the door to the room . A huge water spot above the room door. The deadbolt would not latch. A huge gap above the door. The faucet in the shower was filthy, knobs to turn on were horrible. It took 30 minutes to even get checked into. The front desk couldn’t have been more worried about checking someone in. In all it’s now only a monthly sat pace. DONT STAY HERE!!

The hallway was full of dog hair. The hallway full of small plastic bags full of garbage. The smell so bad. I have been there many times before. However I haven’t seen anything thing like this before. And the reason is I stay few hours. Like I went there 4am and I was out 9am.

The common area was disgusting. The hotel is supposed to have a pool. Nope! That’s a lie. In fact the first picture of the hotel shows a pool. That’s a lie. They have not had one in years. The reason we chose this hotel was because they had a pool. My son loves swimming. So bummed.

Air conditioner didn't work. Very loud screeching noise in the middle of the night, I think it was the smoke detector. Woke me out of a dead sleep. A mouse ran across the floor in the morning when I woke up.

When I check in, I heard a woman complain about her car got broke in. Break drink bottle everywhere outside of the hotel, room is generally clean but have some weed smell left. No toilet paper, or any other extra supplies. Front stuff is not friendly nor helpful

This place was great for a one night stay as we were just driving through. It is in a less populated area that is what I would call industrial. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did make sure the car was parked where we could see it because we weren't sure about some of the clientele. There was trash bags left in the hallways by one of the back doors. The ice machine worked and had a vending machine. However it was very quiet and safe for us. The property needs work because it is older.

Arrived late to discover the lounge, cadino AND restaurant were all closed for rénovations. Only food close was pizza hut next door, food was decent but clientelle sketchy. Had bare minimum for amenities, only coffee in lobby. One wash cloth only, one hand towel and 2 small bath towels. Huge room, but old furnishings. TV Remote was missing back so worked occassionally. AC worked great but noisey. Had to ask for ice bucket. View out to pool, but couldnt see pool for 4 foot tall weeds., so can only imagine what the pool was like. Every person we heard talking all complained about the state of the place. We will never book here again.

This is a run down hotel with semi permanent residents. Huge piles of trash inside the hotel. Exterior was rundown. This hotel felt unsafe. This place needs to be shut down. We should have left and not stayed.

Upon pulling into the property, the first thing noticed was how the lodging was is in extreme disrepair. The check in process was simple but upon entering the room we found the A/C was not working. It wouldn't have been a big deal had it not been 100 degree weather. A nice gentleman who was at the front desk reset the A/C. However, it did not work. We tried our best to "make due" but the room temp was too uncomfortable. We asked for a new room. This time, a lovely woman at the front office helped us. We went to the new room to find the same issue!! A/C was not working. They did not have another room available, so, we chose to check out at 1 AM to find other accommodations. The room rate was nonrefundable but we could not sleep in a room that was at least 90 degrees.

It's was easy to find, they showed a swimming pool but it's not in use. The air conditioner didn't work so they move use to another room and that room flooded so we got moved again to a really nice room that was cool and know other issues. Staff was nice and helpful but give you well ran down rooms. It looks like there remodeling but aren't there yet and pushing the old ran down rooms for cheaper then the remodeled rooms.

Pool isn't open, the lights didnt work in the room, the toilet ran all night. The room next door could hear their TV all night.

went to the laundry room and water on the floor. dryer machines were not working properly. tub water handle really sucked. kept turning and turning to get the water temp and never could get it to go to the right temp. either cold or hot water. Place looked shabby and windows needed to be cleaned as you entered the building. windows were downright dirty. behind the toilet needed repaired. paint pilling off of ceiling and behind toilet. the clerk in the a.m. was not very friendly. I asked why then needed a picture of my driver license and credit card and they said that their scanner was not working so they needed it so will be watching for any activity on my credit card. Told them I would not be staying at their property again. only thing good about it was that it was quiet for the night.
