Close to the beach, clean, nice breakfast Good quality price

The location was fantastic! Only a few steps to the boardwalk and a short walk to the old town. We spent a few days walking over to Mogren beach to escape the heat. The boardwalk can feel a bit touristy and loud but a few steps down closer to the water there is a nice promenade with a ton of restaurants that leads right to the old town as well.The hotel itself feels very new and clean with good sized rooms facing the water.

My room was huge, modern and very clean. My only gripe was that I got two single beds which were very small. Location is great, right by the beach and short walk to old town (I could see it from my balcony). The area behind the hotel isn't very nice but I think that's just Budva. I'm Vegan and breakfast was limited but not impossible for me; I could have the grilled veg, bread and fruit.

Absolutely amazing I would definitely stay again! So close to the town, and clean. Cant wait to book my next trip.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, the room clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet well stocked and tasty. We also tried the evening buffet which for €10 a Head was incredible value. I could not fault this hotel,

Its a new high-rise with sleek, modern rooms, but beyond this there is little to recommend. The sea view from our room was over the top of two rusty derelict buildings. The walk to the beach was a rough path between the derelict buildings and a temporary parking lot. The dining terrace was small, mostly occupied by smokers and had no sea or beach view—and was next to the kitchen service entrance where vehicles loaded and unloaded. The swimming pool is indoors, small with the ceiling about 4 feet above the water, and accessed only by steep steps unsuited for handicapped or children. Our room had a notice which asked not to put luggage on the table—but there was no place other than the floor to put luggage! We were told that information about hotel amenities (usually in a boolket in the room) was on the TV—but the TV didn’t work. When they replaced the batteries in the remote so that the TV worked, the only information was about another hotel! There is no control on parking in the small underground garage so you can easily get blocked in, which happened to us. Not a place we will be returning to!

The newer part of Budva is busy, and the hotel is situated behind a fairground and the main beaches which are very busy. There is some noise later at night due to the night clubs close by. The hotel staff are very helpful. The rooms are comfortable.

Apparently quite new hotel and very high standard. High quality bathroom fittings, high room ceiling, comfortable room chairs and excellent breakfast. Great value. Breakfast slightly let down by cordial rather than fresh juices

Great hotel, very elegant & tasteful interior design. Friendly & helpful staff! The only negative point was that the public pathway to the beach is under construction, but this can only be a matter of time. We had a great weekend!

Good hotel but young man at the reception was either unexperienced or lacked any motivation to do his job properly.

Fantastic facilities, location but overall - staff at reception were accommodating, helpful and friendly - except for one night time experience (quickly resolved). Staff speak Very Good English, Russian and I assume other languages. Recommend this this hotel for comfort and its location to the markets/restaurants on the beach. Hotel internet faster than in many UK hotels - great to get work done

The only complaint I have is that even though we asked about the spa area, (which was said to be open), when we got there. Both saunas, the steam and finish, was cold so we had to wait some time for them to heat up. I think one could expect them to be turned on 19:00 when the spa closes at 21.

Very nice hotel with lovely views, good pool and sauna, and great breakfast. Highly recommended!

This was truly a treat! Very sleek, modern hotel, with great size rooms and exceptional service. We enjoyed an afternoon using the indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. We had a nice balcony overlooking the beach. The boardwalk was a short walk, and only about a 10 minute walk to the old city. The breakfast was also superb, they offered hot and cold buffet options.
