The room, which was a suite, did not have a telephone. I was on the sixth floor and I had to go down several times to tell them that there was no towel, the TV did not work, they cleaned poorly, and in total I had to go down three times. I asked the person who works at the front desk, who did not have a telephone, and he told me that there was no telephone in the room. I was there for 8 days and the day before I left I spoke to the supervisor and they put a telephone in for me. I was in room 602, and the shower faucet kept coming out.

My stay at Lleras Green Hotel was unpleasant. I was told I wouldn’t be charged for having guests and still got charged. I felt they were racist towards American tourists that visited. The description of the hotel was false. Didn’t have bilingual speakers to translate for Americans. My friend stayed at the same hotel as me and he upgraded his room to avoid being charged fees and still got charged. Customer service was terrible.

Staff will trick you and have you paying for extra things , females in particular, but will tell you no charge in the beginning, so if you're single and trying to mingle do no go here you will be mad

The rooms are ok, but if you are single in Medellin and dont plan on being with the same female everyday do not got here, they lied to me and my other friends and said getting a room with 2 guest would be sufficient, but when i brought another girl they charged me 100,000 pesos! Then i never saw the guy who checked me in again so they acted crazy like he didn't work there and they knew nothing about 2 guest, if youre single and trying to mingle do not go , im for real you will be disappointed, i never do reviews but had to this time!

Everything in this hotel is between mediocre to adequate, which is fine for a budget hotel. What is not fine is the NOISE levels, the hotel is situated in the middle of parque lleras which is filled with night clubs that bang loud music till 4am. You will NOT be able to sleep, even ear plugs couldn’t stop the constantly thumping noise. The hotel warns you about the noise but only after you have made a non-refundable booking!! Stay away of this hotel, unless you are ok with going to bed after 4am when the noise stops.

I book for 2 persons but if I wanted to bring anybody up 2 my room it would be another 100,000 Pecos each time total rip off never again

Even though Hotel property and staff were excellent, the area surrounding the hotel was way too much noisy, to the extent it was impossible to relax and sleep accordingly. Hotel management definitely need to invest in noise attenuation as soon as possible.

Close to Poblado. Walking distance of everything. You can hear the music from the pubs in the rooma but nothing too uncomfortable. Staff is very helpful and very sweet. Will be visiting again.

All of the staff are very friendly and helpful and also very patient with any language barriers. At night it gets loud around the area but to me it wasn’t an issue. You’re in walking distance to almost anything you want too.

This hotel is suited for those who like to party all night. The area is a party area and was extremely noisy until around 4 am daily and inside the room we felt like we were on the dance floor. We ended up moving out to a different place although we were not refunded for the remaining 4 days. Unfortunately, the information about noise level was provided was provided only after the booking, which was not refundable and hotel management did not agree to cancel our reservation even after we complained about the noise. This should be reflected in the hotel description so that people are not lured to book this hotel without knowing that they are paying for sleepless nights. Expedia's support was also disappointing. They tried to talk to the hotel management but after they refused to refund the remainder of our stay that was it. They gave us points worth of 1 night in that hotel (that we can use only for our next trip) and that was it. Minor issues - the room was small and inconvenient with not closet/shelves/for our cloth, airconditioner was hard to operate and the staff did not provide any instructions although they were asked. On the bright side staff was friendly and smiley.

Noisy and not good service sometimes. They tried to sale me accident insurance but I refused and they threatened to not give me a room because they said the insurance was mandatory.

The hotel location is very convenient, however is surrounded of clubs and restaurants. There is a lot of noise at night until 4:00 AM. We went with a group of people, and some were staying in rooms where the noise at night was not as bad, and others were staying in rooms where the noise was terrible. All the rooms are different and have different layouts. My biggest concern was that the room bathrooms had no privacy since the walls don't go all the way to the up. Otherwise, if you go to party and you are by yourself in a room you will be okay.

Watch out leaving your belongings because there was an incident of the cleaning staff stealing. Also they don't allow you to bring outside guest even though the room is paid for and will ask for your money. The rooms aren't sound proof so its very noisy while trying to sleep

located in the el poblado park. you should ask for a top room because you can listen the music and drunk people from the park. hotel is very clean, great staff and updated.
