Property very dangerous guy kept approaching me asking to come inside with me i was scared u left room rifht away and slept inside my car near police station

Very clean, up to date and spacious rooms. Enjoyed my stay.

Terrible expense. This is not a good area of town. There were multiple fights in the parking lot, homeless people with carts sitting in front of the window of our hotel digging through garbage all night. The room was disgusting, sheets were terrible stained and smelled horrible, the ceiling was falling apart. Would NEVER stay here again. Even for the price, NOT worth it!!!

I like the size of the room w/ 2 queen beds. I didn’t like the strong smell of cigarette, the bathroom door handle was broke and I was unable to lock it when needed. Also the bathroom door did not close completely, towels texture were rough.

Needs to improve in cleanliness and customer service. But overall just a normal hotel to sleep nothing fancy.

Because I stay only 2days but I reserve 6 day but the motel doesn’t refund my money I am talking with expdia but sill now I didn’t have replied still now

It was the very last second needing a place to crash for the night so I wanted something affordable. The Hotel.com representative assure me this place is less than a mile from UCLA where I need to be the next morning. This place is actually 12 miles away from UCLA!! The room is clean, but thats all I can say. There is no tissue paper, no tissue box anywhere, toilet paper is super thin, and there are patches gluing the shower curtain rod to the wall, clearly in grey like it was duck-taped. The motel has free parking, so that was nice.I would rate this lower than Motel 6 and maybe almost 2 stars. Since I only needed to crash for 1 night and no breakfast the next morning.. and an unexpected 30 minutes drive to UCLA instead of 5 minutes, $125 was a bit much for the room. I guess half of the blame is on the Hotel.com agent who gave me false information. I will be looking for hotel for frequent trips to LA while my kid is in college, but I know I wont be coming back to this one.

It was great I was there to celebrate my Birthday! Room was cozy loved the lounge chair!

Went out there for a concert. It was quiet and comfortable.

First two non smoking rooms we received reaked of cigarettes. Third one was a charm o guess.

My friend and I tried staying in this hotel and couldnt even last 15 minutes. The beds had stains and the door wouldnt even lock! We didnt feel safe, and preferred to leave than actually stay the night.

Hotel was nice and comfortable! Pillows were super fluffy and the bed was nice and firme! Was a bit skeptical at first but def will keep in mind if I’m ever in the area for a concert again

The hotel charged me twice for my stay there.When a place of buisness charges you twice for your stay,that is unacceptable.

At around 5 PM. The pimps drive in and get a few rooms, then drop off the hookers to their rooms. Pretty scary to go outside.

Everything was simple and easy, no deposit and rooms were clean. Overall really good, ill be back next time i come down.

Terrible EVERYTHING!! Dont stay here! Dirty blankets, dirty sheets, towels were yellow. The staff was very rude and had smart mouths. Worst service at a hotel ever!!!

Basically in the hood and pretty unclean . Found hairs on sheets and telephone other item looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for years . Didn’t feel safe going outside without a vehicle
