This hotel is perfect for Browns games, the location is convenient, and the hotel welcoming. We had a great time! Everything is within walking distance.

We stopped in Cleveland overnight as part of a cross-country trip. This hotel was really lovely, centrally located, with great staff. Special shout out to Caden, who got us checked in super quick and had answers for all my questions.

Great location by the lake clean room

I came to this beautiful place visiting from Chicago an we arrived early. We to check in the front staff told us we was too early to check in. We understood being it was 11 the morning.So he said we will put your number in the computer and text you when your room is ready. Great we still understood, came back after meeting up with family at 2:00 pm like hey is it possible we can pay extra for early check in. The lady was nice an explain our room looks to almost be ready we will text you when it is. Cool no problem we waited outside on our car. 3pm rolls around still no text so we proceed to go back in for them to tell us “oh your room been ready” not a text or anything from them. We get our key an wasn’t told how to get to the elevator or what floor we would be staying on after another GUEST ask if we were lost an helping us find the elevator we finally made it to our room

Loved everything except 1 issue. The womens bathroom by the restaurant was not very clean and was out of toilet paper twice during our weekend stay. The rooms was great but a nice hotel needs to do better.

Location, staff, facilities all excellent. Not overly moved by their dining facilities so at out. Would definitely recommend the hotel though. You can see the Cleveland Browns Stadium from the hotel and The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Progressive Field, home of the Cleveland Guardians are all within walking distance.

This was my first visit at this Hilton, I must say that I was quite impressed. The service was impeccable. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Parking across the street with an underground tunnel or valet are the only parking options. The parking should be furthered detailed. It was a little frustrating trying to figure it out, especially during inclement weather. Otherwise excellent stay.

Ya a great weekend

Great location and nice staff. Our room was a bit worn/tiered and because a bit older the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’d like. Very spacious though and nice amenities.

When we checked in the guy at the front desk was super unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked him for dining recommendations and he handed me the paper for the restaurant at the hotel but failed to tell me it was closed. Everything about the hotel is super nice and clean but come on. Also parking is extremely overpriced. When you are paying 250 a night in Cleveland I would think parking would be less than 50 bucks a night

No clock in room, coffeemaker in the self serve snack area was not working, no breakfast included as A dining option, only 2 coffee cups in room and no water glasses/cups. Very small room but great views!

Close to the stadiums, good restaurants

Hotel itself was nice. Expensive parking, restaurant took forever for sub par food which was also expensive. No free breakfast.

The best views and comfortable. Very accessible to different restaurants and treats.

Housekeeping showed up to clean our room at 6pm. Not convient for us so we didn’t get our room made up. Many of the restaurants were closed on Sunday.
