Shared bathroom, plastic walls so you can’t sleep as other rooms closes the doors and you hear and feel everything, no air conditioning and if you open a window the noise is terrible.

Small room with no bathroom on it. Not being mentioned at all
So was big bad surprise For us. Location of the hotel is not bad as it is next transport and shopping

I didn’t know my room didn’t include the bathroom: toilette and shower!
This was not my standard, but the staff was nice and it was calm.

Kind of a ghetto neighborhood. One of the towels in the bathroom wasn’t changed and was with black spots

Away from the main city and the surrounding area was quite dirty.

No air conditioning during hot weather ( summer time or occasionally hot days spike ( above 32 degrees Celsius )- Crazy

Convenient, clean and nice staff.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean; however there is no bathroom in the rooms, no AC, poor selection of food for their breakfast (which you pay extra for), and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The area the hotel is located in was not the greatest either, it is very far away from where anyone visiting Paris would want to go. I also did not feel very safe walking back to the hotel after dark as it is located is a not great neighborhood.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the location of this property is the only draw back, the neighborhood doesn't feel safe. There aren't any buses nearby, the metro station is also far away

Everything is good.

staff were very nice but it was very noisy outside the hotel and very hot room and not very clean
3.0
Staff very friendly and rooms very clean and tidy, but soo tiny so we barely could walk through the rooms! Pics definitely doesn’t show how rooms are small. Also bathrooms…
In addition, breakfast selection was horrible. We could only get jams and Nutella on the toast… basically forget about cheese or ham so it is definitely not continental. Fresh juices were nice though.

Shared toilet and shower area some showers were either too cold or too hot. I couldn't figure out how to change the temperature. But, there was one that was at a good temperature. Other than that the neighbourhood is a little stetchy. Overall I am pleased with what I got for the price. And the hotel looked really clean and no mold and the windows open as far as you want which is amazing! Especially in the summer heat. Great place to get the metro into Paris. Very good price for hotel

An amazing experience and stay in F1 hotel, looking forward to do it again

Overall this was a good choice as it's affordable and accessible. The staff was extremely kind which was the main reason I was satisfied with my stay. It's a no-frills hotel, with shared bathrooms, and is located on the edge of the city. The rooms smelled a bit weird, I think it may have been some of the products they used to clean. And there is no AC in the rooms, so if you have the window open due to the heat, one side of the hotel that faces the Carrefour, you hear people outside, delivery trucks, etc all night so it can be hard to sleep. However overall it was a good stay and if I were looking for a cheap place near Paris for a night, I'd stay again.

Really good value stay. It’s located in the outskirts of Paris so the area was quite dodgy. Check in was nice and quick, our room, showers and toilets were very clean. However, I think i got bed bug bites on my last night after they changed our bedsheets so be careful.

Disappointing.Rooms are very small, even the biggest available. Upon complaining, we were moved to a "bigger room", but this was a disabled access room as that was the only bigger room in the hotel. Credit to members of staff that they did move us.Breakfast is terrible and not worth even half the cost, better going to franprix and buying yourself. Beds are okay, but only 1 pillow, no spare. Kept awake until 4am with midweek youths running around (even with the "soundproof" rooms)Overall, just disappointing

So while I had quite a dramatic arrival - my booking had been deleted because my credit card had been replaced, I speak very little French and the manager has very little English, but they were very kind and patient and were able to sort me out.
Be prepared, the rooms are much smaller than the pictures make them appear, but as long as you are prepared for that, there's nothing wrong - staff is friendly, there is usually at least one person on a shift who has a little English (or is willing to take a stab at it) and the soundproofing is excellent (I actually had to leave the windows open because I need a bit of noise to fall asleep, and it was just too quiet for me with it closed).
It's also conveniently located across from a small mall with a Carrefour market, which is a great place to buy necessities during your stay, and not too far from the Port de Montroeil (sp??) Metro station, from where all of Paris is your oyster. There's also bus stops nearby but the one time I needed to take a bus, it didn't stop there, so there's that.
They are also willing, for a small fee, to stash your bags after checkout so you can explore a bit more before leaving the city.
All in all everyone was really great, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

An awful smell of cigarette impregnated in the room. Horrible.
Although the room booked was the double, theres was a gap between the two beds and also separated blankets.
The advantages are: price and is around 7 to 10 min from two metro stations (Robespierre and Port Mountreil) and algerian restaurants.

Booked a three bunked bed room for myself and two friends for a quick visit to Paris, and we were so happy with our choice. The front desk staff when we checked in were absolutely lovely, and our room even got upgraded to a larger space with three beds instead of the bunks! For the price we paid it was perfect – the showers were clean, the room was clean, and the wifi was incredible. Remember people, you get what you pay for, and if you're looking for a good cheap hotel right near a metro stop, you've found the right place!Merci!

Don’t go there. The hotels is in a very trashy area surrounded by people how are drunk and drugged. The hotel supposed to be smoke free but not.

Good comfortable firm bed, as with other F1 Hotels room was very small but for a brief stay fine. Metro station only about a 5 minute walk away.

Staff were very blunt, preferred to look at the computer than us when speaking . given we rented 3 rooms. They didn't make the beds up or even provide bedding. The website said sound proof walls yet all we heard was Bulgarian or russian speakers in the corridors all night. Showers and toilets are small cramped pods. Was not impressed at all.

Everything was fine just the WiFi was really slow

The location was great and the people and service was awesome—they went out of their way to make corrections to any little problem. Everything was clean maybe even a little over board (the common toilets would flush when you opened the door and sometimes that would splash over the sides).

For what we paid this property was very good value. We had a room without bathroom but we were lucky enough to be one room away for the showers and toilettes. The metro was near enough, and the staff were helpful when we asked any questions. The room was a good enough size for what we needed, although in the heat we could have done with some kind of fan/air con. The area wasn’t too great, especially the first road we walked down, however we then found the nearest metro was not the one we first went to so this was then fine. We didn’t spend much time in the local area but the shopping centre across the road was useful, and there looked to be many bars and restaurants not too far away. An Uber to Disney was only around 50€ so this was handy, and getting the metro to either central Paris or Disney was around 30-40 minutes.
