Sheets were changed just once in 7 days. When came back from beach at 4 room still wasn’t done. Breakfast was good and close to the beach.

Start with the pros: Central/near beach Pool area quiet during the day if that’s what you enjoy, as we do Renovated beautifully Comfortable beds/duvets/pillows Bar and maid staff very nice Cons: They need to change their Expedia page via the parking situation, it is NOT included as it states multiple times and it is fairly expensive. We were not happy about the unexpected charge. Also the parking is quite unprofessional for an accommodation of this kind, it is privately owned and we initially thought we were being scammed upon arrival and had to check with reception. The check in process was long, with several people being trained at once, which is completely fine as it has new staff, however one younger lady with glasses was extremely rude and short with us even though we were patient, upbeat and in good spirits. Thankfully the bellhop was helpful in telling us information about our room that she couldn’t be bothered with. Housekeeping not consistent and sometimes they don’t even come even if you indicate that you need it. The A/C wasn’t working. The fire alarm went off twice. And what on EARTH is that god awful noise that happens every night in room 417?? Plumbing maybe? It was okay for what it was. Hopefully they get a handful of things resolved as they are still new.

We stayed here fir one night of our 4 day holiday. I wish we stayed here for all 4 days. The hotel is newly opened after renovation probably. Everything is 4-5 star quality. The room is comfy. Bed and pillows are excellent. The aircon works fine. The lobby is spacious and luxary. Staff are friendly. The pool is nice size.

We booked this hotel based on the images on Expedia. However, when we arrived we realized this hotel was a fraud. The pictures were misleading and the rooms looked nothing like that pictures. The rooms were filthy, never been cleaned, the furniture was broken. We told the hotel we wanted to cancel and would find another hotel for our stay. The hotel agreed to cancel the booking however on my credit card I see that we were still charged for this booking. I would like a full refund because we did not stay at this hotel and the listing on Expedia is misleading and fraudulent. I would never have been the hotel if the pictures were real. They used fake images on Expedia.

Bad,bad,bed!No parking they asked me to go and find parking somewhere around the block but all parking are paid parkings and they are full all the time.I had terrible experience with this place .Make sure if you book this place don’t go with the car.

Great location, great outlook, great pool. The worst breakfast and dinner - dirty restorant where you can find food from last night at the breakfast. Dinner is 60% frozen food as you can see on the picture.

No speak English on the reception

Reception very helpful. Personal in breakfast very good service from girls team,i canot say same for the man part. Whats i dislike is:No free Wifi and food presentation in breakfast is not good..some of the vegetable like tomato and cucamber wasnt cut like for the people...too big without any taste for service.

On arrival I found the hotel to be in clean well maintained condition, we were happy for a sea view but not all rooms are. The room was clean but not one TV channel was English, The other bad point was the Wifi is stupidly expensive. The room had air-con but it didn't work very well (got the room down to about 22C). On a positive the room was cleaned every day to a high standard and maid was pleasant. There are safe deposits but are down in reception at a high cost! The pool was clean but there is a shortage of sunbeds, and you get the usual 5.30am squad putting towels all over them (over the 2 weeks we didn't manage to get one at all). The pool bar is attractive but the beer and cocktails are hardly alcoholic (i'd say the spirit measures are about 10ml). The waiters are Danny, George and Nateli and they are very cheerful and smiley and professional. There are two other girls there who didn't crack a smile all the time we were there and looked miserable every day, they were also quite rude. There is entertainment on every evening but be prepared to here the same act sing the same songs in the same order every night, In the end this was mind numbing. We stayed half board and the food was adequate for what we paid but you have a lengthy queue for everything even coffee and juice and toast. No drinks are available for dinner unless you pay. In our opinion the hotel was average but could be so much better with little effort!

gostei do Hotel esta bem situado, excelentes condições mas, a comida é horrível, internet uma desgraça, pessoal pouco profissional e pouco simpático. No geral, não gostei, nem volto a repetir este hotel.

very good hotel in the heart of sunny beach, walking distance to anything.friendly staff, nice pool(therea also an inside pool), good breakfast and diner, its half board.the room is ok though nothing special.only 2 issues, you have to pay for the wifi, and for the parking.nice place to relax, going out and chill out.
