We were made to wait for 20 minutes to check in. The room stank of cigarette smoke and the sink in the room, which is right next to the bed stank of sewage. The breakfast served was on dirty trays. This hotel is cheap however still needs basic attention

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in ever! The pictures on the sight was so misleading! The room was like a prison cell!! Only had space for a bed and a small toilet and shower which was so old and broken. The mirror on one room was broken off and not replaced. The area is not safe to stay in either, drug dealers hanging around everywhere, I was surprised this hotel was listed on Hotels as a suitable hotel stay! It was so disappointing!

okay this was a horrific idea to EVER stay here!! What a mistake… were meant to stay three nights but only stayed one we got out of there as soon as we could. we were shocked as soon as we walked in. don’t trust the website or pictures it’s a scam. the area AND hotel is very unsafe you will not sleep easy! these were some of the issues: -massive window that opens the whole way very dangerous as people can get in so no ventilation with it shut. -booked two single beds and got a double bed. -got given a room code for the KEYPAD which was given incorrectly so had to be unlocked with the staffs key so once in couldn’t leave or would be locked out. -one word. bedbugs. -filthy toliets and shower so didn’t shower. -lots of noise through out the night -walls are paper thin so can hear everything. felt very uneasy. -dirty sink -tap water had a strange odour and didn’t feel safe to drink or even wash our face. -very unsafe area so were concerned walking away. -bed was so hard it could’ve broken our backs. -there was no lock on the inside of our door so we were very concerned that all the staff had access to it. -i’ve seen bare minimum hotels and this was well below that. it’s not worth saving your money…

Toilets weren’t clean

Awful experience. Mainly because of the rude and bad mannered bold French guy at the reception. Plus the neighbor is not the best after 18.00 hrs.

We payed through Expedia to have 1 double bed with private bathroom, when we arrived there they asked us to pay 1.60 euros extra as a tax and once in the room we found two single beds instead of 1 double bed and there is no private bathroom. Room smelling, hard mattresses, hard pillows, noise in the night, staff rude . I will never use again and don’t recommend it , it is a scam.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at, staff was rude, the room and beds were disgusting and don't get me started on the bathrooms and shower! I would not be surprised if they're was hidden cameras or even bed bugs

It's a shame, the information/description of the hotel and the surrounding area are presented in a promising way, which is not the case. We are not checked in! We booked another hotel locally.

Czysty i schludny hotel

I had been warned that this hotel was basic, but I had no idea it was that basic. My biggest disappointment was the bed: the mattress and pillows were unbelievably uncomfortable. In addition, the tap water had an unpleasant smell. I was not satisfied with my stay at F1.

This was the cheapest option I could get on the day as there was a foot ball finals going on in Paris. This is more of a motel with common bathrooms than a hotel. Breakfast has very limited options.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. However, they have bed bugs.

Room cleanliness was good. Bad check in (you have to wait for a long time) especially if you have booked on websites other than Accor. Entrance is not very appealing but can be ignored given the room was comfortable. The locality is very risky, avoid if you are a solo traveller especially if you’re a female and make sure you are not walking on the streets after 10 PM.

The hotel is basic with the rooms containing a bed, tv and sink. Toilets and showers are located in cubicles at the end of the corridors on each floor. No towels are provided. The nearest Metro station is Basilique de Saint Denis which is 10 - 15 minutes walk away but the area near the station didn't feel safe and I felt I was followed by some youths upon leaving the station even though it was daylight.

None of the 3 receptionists speak English (only french). Walls are made of drywall you listen everything from the other rooms and mais all. There os no key to your Room, is a code with 6 digits, you verter not forget. Each towel os 3€, and w.c are shares with 2 other floors. Showers only allowed from 8h30-10h and 17h30-20h otherwise only with special autorization. There is no Room cleaning, we Stay 5 days and not even um one they came clean the room only when you leave we try to ask but again no One speak other lenguage then French.

Had a bad surprise. No restrooms or shower in the room. Breakfast is very poor. Only coffee is good. Some of the employees are very nice.

The place is a bit dodgy but maintained / clean / no frills . Staff was nice except for the military style knocking on all doors at 9am . The great part is that parking is on site and no hassle . The rooms are clean . Be sure to book the right room with private bathroom the description is a bit confusing on the app.

Especially if you are a woman do NOT book this hotel. After dark the area is not safe! Google the area before you even think about going to Saint Denis. On top of that the hotel smells, and staff are unpleasant.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, so are the rooms. the staff doesn't speak English very well but they are friendly and try their best. Beds are a bit hard but the rooms are comfortable and cosy. For the price we paid we had a great stay. 10 minute walk to metro and 40 minutes to centre.

I did stay in tha hotel ,its whose not nice whit toilets out and showr out of the room, i pay money whit NO raison...if i knows that its like this the hotel for sure i well not book
