Super clean and good

We had a room with a balcony with French doors on the top floor a nice view

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast was well presented and fresh. The property is just outside of the busy city traffic so was easy to access and yet still close to amenities. The walls in the room showed signs of the age of this property but everything was clean and neat. We will certainly stay here again if we return to the area.

Great breakfast! Convenient to Pearson airport. Walls were thin between rooms so could hear conversations in next rooms. Bit of a drive to restaurants for supper.

It’s a beautiful property with great attention to detail. The breakfast fruit was lovely!

Spectacular property in a beautifully neighbourhood

Very clean, excellent service.

Excellent bead and breakfast for the rates. Walls are a bit “thin” but it gives that homely feeling.

The only reason I didn't give the area around then property five stars is that while it's in a beautiful neighborhood, it isn't located quite as close to the beautiful parks as some other locations. That being said, we were thrilled with the Villa. Our room, the Rose room, had a private balcony, a very comfortable king bed, and a Jacuzzi in the spacious washroom. The washroom itself is at least half the size of a typical motel room. The included Continental breakfast is quite good, with a nice selection of fresh fruit, some pastries, bagels, etc. There are also at least half a dozen varieties of tea available; quite nice! Finally, the staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Villa, or to stay again.

The property was exquisite as well as the neighborhood. The proprieter, Ada, was kind and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with a huge variety of choices.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Newton villa! Always feel right at home there and ABA the hostess/ manager is extremely welcoming friendly and efficient! We both truly enjoy our time there!

Relatively easy check-in process, woman at front desk was very friendly and accommodating, and the room was quite nice.

From check in to check out everything went very smoothly. The place is beautiful, the manager is very helpful. Would definitely come back if we visit Brampton again.

Very first time to leave a review as we want to point out a few things from this stay. When we arrived there, it was a lovely surprise as the property is huge and beautiful. They have good reviews too so we were happy we could stay there. As we checked in, my credit card didn’t work for some reason so I had to use my debit for a security deposit and pay 16dollars fee. Well sometimes this happens so we didn’t mind much. The room was quite cold but we enjoyed staying there. When we checked out, we were asked to find a lady who checked us in to get a refund for the security deposit as I used my debit card. We waited long enough that we were quite upset and friendly staffs were trying to reach out to her but she didn’t answer her phone until well after 11am. She showed up without apology and the whole time we got our deposit back, she was arguing with the staffs. We were not picky people but we find the customer service from the front desk lady needs to improve a lot, not a 9 out of 10 kind of service at all. Other than that, everyone was sweet and the property was enjoyable. But we don’t think we will go back there.

We had a Rose room with balcony. Bathroom is large and we had a jacuzzi tub. Property is well kept. Everything was good except the room was way too cold at night even though manager advised us to cover the vent. They need to keep extra blankets in the room

We found the Villa to be delightful. The owners were friendly and helpful.We would stay here again over a hotel.

Gorgeous place, staff where very friendly and helpful, i got in late and they helped me to get some business attended to and still get rest. Breakfast was delicious with great variety of fresh options. Only downside is its been a week and still waiting for the deposit to be released.
