Budget hotel about 20min walk to Old Town, a bit too far for us. Had a Premium room 302. Good size, good shower, bit short on storage, some drawers or a couple of shelves would have been nice. Rooms serviced every 4 days. A good selection at the breakfast buffet, but only a small area which could get very congested at busy times. Reception staff were very helpful and nice. All in all an OK stay but would pay a bit more and stay nearer the Old Town next time.

Great location, a good sized room and the breakfast offered a larger-than-expected variety for a reasonable price. Unfortunately the hotel didn’t respond to any emails sent prior to arrival and rooms only serviced every 4th day but otherwise no complaints. Would stay again.

Not basic. Wasn’t overly impressed with the breakfast. Staff polite enough. Stayed 2 nights and my room wasn’t even touched by housekeeping.

The location is close to the history Riga center (15 minutes by walking). The bed was confortable and the internet was ok. They have 24 hours reception, the hotel is also very close to the city market and the bus central station which conects Riga to Vilnius and Tallin.
The only problem is that they don't have daily cleaning in the room, only if you stay more than 4 nights.

Location is excellent. 5 minutes to train and bus station on foot. Hotel is in the city centre so you can walk everywhere.
Breakfast is 12 euro. It's very good, reasonable price.

Elevator doesnt work and i stay 6th floor. 4 night i have to climb up all the time. Marerity !

Positives - can leave luggage, quite cheap, quite good location.
Negatives - no soap or handwash, no.shower gel, only shampoo. No tea coffee making facilities, broken lamp, extremely creaky floorboards, one lumpy pillow each, no spares, tv did not connect to channels until we wiggled cables.

Hotel is situated nearly opposite the central train station and shopping centre so very convenient. Airport bus stops nearby too. 5 min walk to the hotel. I found the staff friendly and helpful and the hotel clean and tidy. A nice Ibis hotel.

Perfect location near the main train station and close to the stop for the airport bus (number 22). All the main sites within walking distance, including the old town. The only thing you will need to watch out for in this hotel is the noisy floors, which can be annoying at night. I did not have the breakfast. Everything else was excellent. Very quick check in and check out. Staff spoke English.

Had some issues with air conditioning of my first room. I had to change rooms for nights 2-3. A/C worked in the second room, but it sounded like a faucet was running all night. Plus, the temperature is limited to a minimum of 23 degrees. The pillows were like a stuffed animal missing half it's stuffing.

Location was great, the room was not great. Very small (which was fine as a solo traveller, but would have sucked with 2 people in that double), both bedroom and bathroom. The room was clean (other than one hair on the bathroom floor), but there was an unpleasant smell and no way to open the window. Running the AC removed the smell (something between damp cellar and sewer). The staff was friendly.
Getting to the Old Town was a ten-minute walk, bus and tram connections were easy to reach and frequent. Overall, not bad, but I would not book again either. I expected more given the price.

Front desk employees most helpful & very courteous. Assisted us in numerous ways. Breakfast buffet had great choices. Beds comfy, pillows so-so.
Only quirk was hallway floors squeaked.

Great location near the train station. This is a modern hotel fitted into a heritage building;expect it to be a bit quirky. Excellent breakfast provided to start your day. Staff very helpful and knowledgable.Only downside is there is no safe to lock your computer and other valuables when you are out and about.

Non-sound proof windows, with busy street outside. Woke up at 6 in the morning.
Breakfast could had been ok if everything was there. Had to ask for re-fill several times. Fresh bread ran out 2 of 3 days. Summary: Not acceptable for a hotel.

Very kind and helpful staff is the best value of this hotel, as well location in the city center and youthful vibe it has. My room was clean and matched the expectations. Breakfast is good including some Latvian traditional options, like fish and dark bred. It is easy to walk to the Old Town, main station is close, shops, boulevard circle all in few minutes stroll.

Room is good,modern and ideal for a short stay, no view so its very dark as its facing another building wall which is very close,1 minor complaint ,right side of bed has no room for someone to move,did shove it across to make more room and lacks in a bedside table ,has plug but cannot put items anywhere apart from floor so used my travel case.

Great location, staff helpful but lift out of action most of our stay and as we walked miles my hip was hurting each evening and still had to climb stairs to 3rd floor 😣. Breakfast menu disappointing so we ate out. Room lovely and we would return again but maybe request a lower floor.

Leaky toilet, broken shower head and broken lamps overshadowed the otherwise nice stay. Staff was polite and hotel was clean. Shower head didn't get replaced even we reported it to the front desk.

Everything was good, this is a standard Ibis really. It is a good price for what it is. The only complaint i have is that it was noisy at night time, so i had broken sleep. This happened for two reasons 1. The positioning of the room (it was next to the lift and main walkway) and 2. Other guests.

Hotel is spot on - clean throughout with comfortable beds and in a great location!
Check in and check out was smooth and they will store your bags for free if you don't leave until later in the day. All staff we came across were lovely and helpful.

Overall extremely well located hotel (away from drinking places etc. But close enough to every place your might need. Friendly and helpful staff, very neat and clean rooms. Only downside was that although hotel had very well sound isolation from street it didn't have so good isolation from door side and neighboring rooms. If you like to sleep in or not being distributed by sound you might struggle with this unless you get end of row room with no one in next room.

Budget hotel in walking distance of old town. Basic but clean and comfortable. Felt safe walking to and from the hotel. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Didn’t take the breakfast option so can’t comment on that.

На втором этаже слышны разговоры с улицы и табачный дым. Закрываешь окно и духота и жара, кондиционер еле работал. Только что позволял не слышать скрип на потолке от постояльцев этажом ниже, слышен каждый шаг.
Если есть возможность, останавливайтесь на 6 этаже, над вами никто не будет ходить и шум с улицы долетать не будет.
