I was disappointed with the box locker was not working. They didn’t quick fix it. We have to took our value something with us to go somewhere.

The room was too small but at least comfortable. I think my face towel went missing as well because I came back to the room after a long day exploring and it was missing but it's alright. Overall, a comfy stay

Only good is close to mall, other than that need to improve , eg, toilet really need more clean, towel are yellow already, midnight really noisy

The location was perfect, near to Sunway Pyramid but facing a non busy street. Public transportation was also within walking distance, and so is local food and 24hrs convenient store. Staff Ahmad was friendly and accommodating. Pleasant stay.

Great location - near to eateries and shopping mall. Very convenient. Only dissatisfaction is - rooms are very small. Have to leave luggage upright in order to have walking space inside rooms - stayed in both single and double bedrooms.

My family and I had a very good experience staying at 33 Boutique Hotel. Although the room is small but the warm welcome and great help extended to us overrode this inconvenience. Archi, the receptionist delivers great service. She is meticulous and very committed. The hotel is located near the mall and eateries are nearby. Going to Mid Valley mall is no hassle at all as the hotel staff would help to book a taxi without any additional charge. We will definitely come back to stay in the near future.

The room is comfortable, clean and the the staff is very helpful. I went to KL for my biz trip.. it’s been ok until the family with children checked in. They made so loud noise... on the floor that I stayed.
Note for alk thos families : when you are travelling with your family with limited budget... you need to behave your kids well!!

Is very convenient for me to attend my study in sunway university for the past 3 days. Vegetarian restaurant is just few doors away the hotel. Big shopping centre is just nearby. Staff is so helpful to help me arranging for grab taxi/car. Room is very clean. I feel very comfortable during my stay. The location is very centralised and yet not noisy during my sleep.

Staff were friendly and helpful to our queries and request. Budget friendly hotel and would choose to stay there on my next trip to KL again.

The Hotel was tidy and cosy. For budget travellers who want a nice place to stay in not too far from Sunway, here would be your best choice! Theyll ask you for 50 MYR upon arrival as a deposit, youll be given back the 50 MYR deposit fee, so dont lose the receipt theyll hand to you at the counter. The connection of wifi is great. Adequate space. Good choice for a budget hotel :)
