This hotel was clean. The person in the dining room for breakfast spent a lot of time cleaning the tables and making sure that everything was kept in order. The guest rooms were also very clean. This seems like a new hotel. My only complaint is that every noise from a neighboring room or people talking in the hallway sounded like it was coming from within your own room.

Our stay at Hampton Inn was very good. Rooms were clean, folks at reception were very friendly, efficient and helpful overall, including a few suggestions to consider for things to do.
Only things to note (which are unrelated to the Hampton Service) is that given it's a bit bigger that some other places we stayed on our trip, there are a few tour buses, which can mean that breakfast is really busy if you show up when the groups are eating before their set departure. Also, we found more large families/groups here, which caused more noise with folks going from room to room in the hallway during the early evening, it was quiet at night though.

We asked for complimentary water because the guests in front of us had received it but it was only for members. I told her that my husband was a member but because the reservation was made through Expedia, she said we didn’t qualify. I thought she was rude about it. Other than her, the room was great, the breakfast was good, check out was quick.

Overall it’s a good hotel, but a few issues during my 1 night stay. The laundry room has 5 driers and only 1 washing machine which was broken so unable to use when it’s a facility I wanted to take advantage of (note it is a chargeable service too so not raising it just because I observed an issue).
In the evening I used the bath rather than shower as had been travelling all day, so in the morning it was annoying to find that the shower didn’t work having pressed the button on the bath outlet to divert to the the shower. All that happen was a loud clunk sound and no water from either the bath outlet or the shower (tried a few times).
Reported to reception upon checkout to slightly disinterested staff member (a basic apology would have helped a little). Have stayed at other Hampton properties recently which were perfectly fine.

Girl at checkin was not friendly nor welcoming it was almost if I had bothered her when I asked if our room had a balcony as this was the reason I chose this hotel. We had been on a long trip and enjoy sitting outside looking at the landscape . She replied I think so , I also asked for a higher floor which she did not accommodate either we got stuck on the first floor. Pretty disappointing! We enjoyed the area and visiting horseshoe bend along with the canyons but doubtful we would stay here again.

It was really big and clean room with very comfortable beds. Next morning we got breakfast. Near by is Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. I recommend.

I had one of the worst experiences with a receptionist ever. We drove from Phoenix and got confused about the time zone, which changed in Page. We had a question about what time is it and instead of saying it is 4pm the receptionist said " look at the clock behind you" in the most condescending voice. As if we are stupid.
My 81 year old father was with me and he said he couldn't hear her speaking and she replied "so you want me to shout at you". This is a child response and most disrespectful. I am not clear where is this extreme lack of customer service coming from. There are so many other options in Page. I recommend to anyone to look somewhere else for a stay in Page.
By the way, the bed felt like sleeping on cement.

Very nice property. Friendly, caring staff. We had a room with a roll-in shower because my husband is an amputee. The dispensers in the shower are too far away from the built-in bench. Amputees can't get up and walk over to get shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Some guest size products on the shelf near the bench would fix the problem. Thank you for the nice stay.

We didn’t get WIFI! Front desk could not help. Said it’s broken. Because of the location our phones didn’t work so we were left with nothing for 2 days.
We ordered pack and play for our toddler and got the bed with broken legs and mattress that was too small (looked like from a different pack and play). AC was so loud that we had to turn it off for the night because we couldn’t sleep. Next time we will definitely look for something else.

Awesome 2 night stay! The most pleasant of hotel staff greeted us and gave us some great local tips. The room was huge and perfect for the 5 of us. Cushy beds and a great a/c! Been a long time since I stayed at a Hampton Inn but I am now seeking them out when traveling. Thanks Page Hampton Inn!!
