We did a last minute booking and straight he fitted me my partner and daughter to a room as we couldnt find accommodation close enough to my kids sports event at a good price like here. So good customer service and good place to stay at. Recommend to anyone.

As my flight back to New Zealand was cancelled the motel changed my booking without extra cost - the unit was clean and comfortable.

It is one of the best motels I have stayed in South Auckland. You can visibly see that these owners take pride in their business. The cleaning staff were accommodating and friendly. I am going to book again for next weekend as we have a wedding to attend in Pukekohe but will much rather stay at the Colonial Motel.

Friendly people who made us feel welcome. Clean and tidy. Had everything we required as far as amenities were concerned. It was relatively quiet given it was on a main road.

Nothing, same as others in Papakura, the man always negative to other motels in the area, Only one iron the hole place, you wait until other customers finish.

We were nicely surprised at how much actually liked this place. Was clean, tidy, spaceous enough for us and had a kitchen with oven which we thought was a bonus. Staff and owners very helpful and polite. We will definitely be back.

No COFFEE in unit, pillows were uncomfortable and free wifi was very weak and kept dropping off so not good to use. Very bad place to get into as on very busy road. Definely not good value for dollars and wouldn't recommend to my friends.

We only spent one night after getting in late to Auckland. We thought there was going to be continental breakfast available, but apparently not during winter season. Not a big deal. Overall, very nice place that is convenient to Route 1.

The reception staff are very welcoming on arrival. The room had plenty of space and basic facilities. Unfortunately being located right on a main road/intersection to motorway it was Very noisy. There is a pedestrian crossing whish constantly beeps through the night. The traffic itself is noisy, but then add Auckland's Emergency Services throughout the night - that have to sound their sirens as they approach an intersection. so sadly, we were unable to get much sleep. The bed was very hard! I realise everyone's tastes and comfort levels are different - but it wasn't for me. So if you like a hard mattress, then this is for you.

Nice clean motel, unfortunately did not get to hve a swim in the pool as it closed at 6pm, be nice if it could close about 9pm.......

On arrival we found lots of ants crawling around in the bathroom coming out of a crack in the tiling. Very noisy at night from the traffic and people walking around in the unit above us. Beds were very hard, some parts of the unit need up grading to match the good parts of it. Owner very nice with the unit being cleaned each day. Room was very hot at night, unable to open windows as the noise was louder

Not clear from website, but is enough privacy for a couple and another adult. not luxury, but nice and clean, good service if room each day, parking not a problem. Busy road close to front of units, but morning traffic noise not disruptive.
