Property was very clean including the rooms dot they have been updated and are very modern. This is not typical for a hotel property in Wildwood.

The management was very accommodating. The first night we were there we had some folks above us that partied until 230 am when we were getting up early. Not good, but they moved us to a nicer room and everything was much better.

3 nights and not a single visit from housekeeping. We finally placed a full trash can out in the hallway Saturday afternoon as we went out for the evening and it was still there when we got back and still there completely full when we checked out Sunday morning. Did we say anything to the staff that we occasionally crossed paths with? No. Should we need to ask for the basic amenities that a motel should provide? Absolutely not Floors were very slippery when DRY. My wife refused to walk around the room barefoot due to the unclean feeling so she shuffled around in a pair of washcloths and they were black by night 2.

Pictures shown on here did not meet expectations. Pool looks nothing like what’s in the pictures, neither building is wheelchair accessible and no elevators. Rooms were so small I couldn’t even get my daughter’s stroller in the room (after carrying the stroller up 2 flights of steps)!!! Pillow cases looked like they were dirty with yellow stains & on top of that our TV stopped working 10 minutes into being in the room. Great location but I know where I will NOT be staying for future visits. Do better by the people who decide to spend their hard earned money here. Rent must be expensive because the only way this place is staying up and running is because of the location.

Nice new hotel. The marble bathroom and counter were so cute in the rooms. Very clean and walking distance from Honky Tonk and Cattle Clover which i loved! My new favorite stay!

Pool is nothing like in your pictures on Expedia very deceptive. Second is way pool was done someone is going to get hurt slipping within pool. One of reasons went with this property was because of the pictures of pool.

I have to be honest, I had higher expectations. The hotel was quaint, but super small and compact in the main building. We had less then a foot of walking room thru the entire room! The floors of the room were greasy and slippery, no clue what they cleaned it with. You had to wear socks, of which are black! Brand new socks too, completely ruined. The photos are a bit deceptive, no games or fire pit. The pools were legit, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. The bathrooms were the best part of the room. They had doors open to the public which did not make me feel safe at all. Open doorways to staff rooms that anyone could go and hide in. I wasn’t impressed, but not overly disappointed at same time. But probably will not return to this location.

The location was good-an easy walk to the beach. The room was adequate but quite small.

Rooms are tiny and not very well cleaned. Low quality flooring appears and feels dirty even after housekeeping mopped. Advertised photos are heavily enhanced and not accurate reflections of the property. No amenities and the pool is not clean. Beds and bedding are uncomfortable. Refrigerator very dirty. Walls and doors are very thin so you can hear conversations in room Nextdoor. This is a motel and not a hotel by any count. Way too overpriced for what it is.

The location is great. The room was extremely small… we only stayed one night so that was ok but if we stayed a few I would want a bigger room with a table. We asked for a balcony and she seemed annoyed and said no. The room was clean. We were very close to the boardwalk and beach. The cleaning staff were very friendly and nice but the front desk staff made us all feel uncomfortable.

Pictures on Expedia are artists renditions, visitors beware. Pools are dated and not well maintained. Towel service was sparse, and never available to us. No pride in property cleanliness. Garbage throughout property. No outdoor sitting areas or outdoor chess game as per Expedia's pictures. Room looks new however quite dirty. We washed the floors upon our arrival as children’s feet were immediately dirty. Towel was black (we took pictures). Fridge in the room froze all of our fruits, yogurts and food. Walls are very thin; you can hear your neighbours sneeze.

Rooms are new and clean. Staff was friendly and responsive. Kids made it noisy at night.

For the most part the hotel was good. Our room was much smaller than we expected, but it was fine for what we needed. Our room was clean with the exception of the shower floor was dirty. I turned the shower on and whatever was on the floor rinsed away. My main complaint was the pool. It did have 2 pools like they said. The reason I chose this hotel was because of the pool on the website. It had the built in loungers in the pool. I was looking forward to relaxing in one at the pool. Well, that pool doesn’t exist. It appears to be an ai picture that they put up. I feel that’s very deceptive and I don’t understand why they would do that.

The location was great-close to beach and restaurants. Parking could be difficult so we tried to walk everywhere. The room was dirty when we checked in and there was only one staff person for check-in time. Housekeeping was much better after our first day. I would recommend getting a top floor room because we heard everything from the room above us. I requested one and wasn’t given one. Room is small for four adults.

Overall, a great place to stay if you’re wanting to be close to boardwalk and the beach. The pools were great, rooms were good. Parking was a little annoying as spots are limited and very close together. Our fridge didn’t really work or get cold, but again, we weren’t in the room too much, so it was a good choice for the stay.

Hotel has been renovated. King size bed was too big for room. There was only six inches between the air conditioner and the right side of the bed. There was about 2’ between wall and the bottom of the bed. No room for a chair so you had to sit on bed. All three days we stayed there the morning danish was a chocolate chip muffin. Rooms were clean and there was hot coffee and tea available all day.

Great location! Staff was friendly. Overall, the place just wasn’t clean. The floors in the hallway and our room appeared dirty. But I also think they were stained and outdated. We put towels down in the bathroom because we didn’t want to step on the floor in our bare feet. We wore shoes/socks in our room. The bed was uncomfortable. There was just clump of hair in the hallway that was there the whole three days we were there, which is disgusting. The walls were thin, so we heard people walking in the hall and conversations in the room next to us. The hotel didn’t really match the pictures on the website. There was no outdoor games. The pools appeared nice but we didn’t use them. Location was perfect though but I still wouldn’t stay again.

The staff is very friendly & accommodating and the lobby area, outside area and convenience to the boardwalk are all positive elements of this location. However, the room itself needs work. There are no drawers to place clothes in, just a small hanging area with 3 hangers. No iron was provided. The mini-fridge wasn’t cold. The floors were filthy and we had to wait for our room to be cleaned so we expected them to be clean at least right after the room was “supposedly” cleaned. My son instantly took his shoes off & his socks were black on the bottom from dirt. The WiFi didn’t work in our room at all so we had to use our personal hotspots. You have to pay for parking & the spots are extremely tight. The shower curtain was molded so we had to wash up at the sink. There is no tub and the bathroom sink was very tiny so there was nowhere for us to wash up our baby properly. It was truly a challenge. We stayed here because the reviews were good but clearly we didn’t have the same experience. I’ll again say though that the true pluses to this property are its close location to the boardwalk (2 blocks away) & other great amenities (restaurants, bike shops) & the friendly, accommodating staff. However, my family & I will not be staying there again.
