A clean and relaxing hotel.
The staff at the front desk was very kindful and friendly.
The breakfast served at the cafe on the first floor was delicious, and I also enjoyed the delicious pastries delivered to my room every evening.
I would stay there again.

In my opinion this is the best kept secret in Bohol, Philippines. After being disappointed by the first place we stayed on our vacation it was very refreshing to stay at this property. The lobby area spotless as well as the elevator and hallway areas leading up to our room. The room was very clean and cozy, the bed was comfortable and all the linen was fresh. The have a small cafe inside the lobby and there is a restaurant right next door so you have food options at your disposal. Additionally this is a heavily travelled area during the day and you should have no problem catching a taxi or “took took” to places around town. It’s less than a mile away from the pier in Tagbilaran. I highly recommend this hotel. Two thumbs up.

I like this hotel in Tagbilaran, but it has some maintenance issues. Also, the motorcycle parking is horrendous. Like, truly awful. Also, the checkout experience almost seems hostile. I love about an hour away, and have not stayed again. When I am in Tagbilaran now, I have chosen to stay at Kew Hotel.

Nice spot, walking distance to several malls and restaurants. Staff was super friendly and helpful, plus we got little treats as a gift in the evening!

Really nice hotel with great receptionist Leclile I think who was amazing. Breakfast was good in the cafe next to the hotel and again great staff. It is about a 10 minute from the port and we stayed there to make the trip to the Tarsiers and Chocolate Hills easier. We booked a tuk tuk directly outside.
There are a couple of restaurants in the Mall nearby - 7 minutes walk. Japanese and a Korean.

Front office staff were excellent, friendly, courteous, Lecile and Maybelline stand out but all the staff including the amazing coffee shop/restaurant were very good Food was very good, breakfast the best I’ve had travelling for a few years in the Philippines. Room was 5stars , rest of hotel was spotless .

While the staff was courteous, they could have provided better customer service. I had to ask twice for them to fix the door to my room that did not lock. This meant my room was not locked for an entire day. The staff spent more time all little charges were signed for than making our experience the best possible.

I have mixed feelings about the hotel. The room was clean and large enough. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s walking distance to the port. There are evening treats and bottled water. However, there’s very little vibe or anything of interest near the hotel. It’s also connected to a cafe, so there’s no coffee in the rooms or a refill at breakfast because they want you to buy their coffee. In addition, I had asked for 1 extra hour for check out in order to explore a little in the morning and my request was denied.

Sweet Home Boutique hotel is a lovely modern hotel with a fabulous cafe. The rooms are modern and clean, and the staff were very nice and accommodating. This is a great hotel choice and is very near the ferry dock. A !

A great hotel, very clean, nice, good quality mattress, sheets, towels and all the goodies any American tourist will feel at home. We booked the Deluxe king size bed and we received a beautiful room on the 5th floor. We were asked to pay additional 500 pestos for 2-3 hours early check in which was unnecessary to get a little more out of us but, after a long journey, we just paid it. The room was big, really big and I think the A/C BTU is not enough for such a big room. But, all in all it was a great stay in a wonderful hotel with wonderful people.

i like everrything at Sweet Home Cafe except that their breakfast is served late.

Very clean hotel. They provide a welcome.drink during check-in process. Upon entering room, free banana bread from their cafe was provided. I was also provided a slice of cheesecake for an evening snack. Their attention to details was appreciated, was provided with the weather forecast for the following day. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again if visiting Taglibaran!!

The friendliness of the staff really stands out. From the security guard who is always ready to open the door or hail a tuktuk. To the front desk. Always smiling and welcoming you back. You can't help but be Happy here.

It was very cozy and comfortable hotel.
It's close to port. It just takes around 10minutes.
But it also means it's far from Panglao. It takes around 30mintues but it was also good experience cause I could feel the nature and people's life, and also nice wind (I recommend to try tricycle).
This is nature friendly atmosphere. All employee are very kind. They always say hello.
Only bad thing was the bathroom door couldn't be locked. And other thing was good.

We rented the business suite and it was an excelent room. Spacious and clean with a balcony. Honestly nothing negative to say about the hotel. Very friendly staff. Definitely the place to stay when in tagbilaran.

Great staff at front desk and in the cafe, friendly and efficient, helpful. There was a slice of welcome cake in the room which was a lovely surprise! A/C was freezing no matter what temp I set, and the balcony door didn't close properly so there was a lot of noise from the street. Location very handy for the ferry port.

I stayed for 3 nights on a business trip and everything was perfect. This is a new hotel in Tagbilaran and much-needed as the other options are not as nice. Sweet Home has nice wood decoration, comfortable and clean beds, spacious bathroom with rain shower, friendly and helpful staff, a great cafe in the lobby with tasty and healthy options. The staff will help you get taxis or tricycles if you need. Highly recommend!

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff are all super friendly and overall great. I will definitely stay here in the future when I visit Bohol. The only complaint I can come up with is the internet could be spotty at times which was mildly annoying. Also the bar next door sometimes had karaoke late into the night but this is not the hotel's fault, just something people might want to know.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly. We were greeted with free drinks, and pastries. Free chocolate every night and complimentary breakfast each morning at the cafe in the lobby. We had an amazing experience at Sweet Home Boutique Hotel. We will definitely stay again when in Tagbilaran.

Sweet Home Boutique Hotel is a wonderful establishment. The staff are friendly, professional, and very hard working. During our stay for 2 weeks, they were helpful to all of our needs (organizing transportation to and from hotels, airports). The included breakfast at the cafe was delicious each day. The rooms were always clean and comfortable. We hope to stay again soon!
