Great place to gateway from noise. The plants around the pool is very well done. Swimming pool was clean daily. The staff were extremely kind and attentive. We highly recommend this place if you're looking a place in town with great value of money!!!!

We had the best stay in this hotel. Everything is clean, the staff is just lovely, nice pool in the middle of the property. An oasis or relax and joy. Super recommended!

I was recommended the hotel by a friend. It was as he said. Clean and spacious room, made up every day, nice large shower space, bathtub, the shower, shower gel, shampoo, towels, kettle, coffee, tea, big bed, nice balcony with seating, safe, minibar, and a small workspace. Plenty of storage for clothes and bags. I can't speak highly enough of this hotel. It was excellent. And the location was great, but most of all, the staff were so friendly and helpful. And there was a Tuk Tuk driver on hand any time I needed one. So easy to get around Siem Reap! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Will go back again!!!

We had a great stay there. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went in every possible way to help us during our stay. Room was spotlessly clean and spacious with private balcony overlooking the swimming pool which was the best spot to relax after tour. Location was in town close to pub street. We highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a perfect place to stay in Siem Reap!!!!

We absolutely loved our time at the hotel. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we were given tremendous service from the entire staff. The room was excellent (very spacious and well designed), and the pool and amenities were a perfect addition to our wonderful stay in Cambodia. Highly recommend :)

The staff are extremely attentive and make every effort to compensate for the hotel’s shortcomings. There is no food available on site, so don’t count on the breakfast that’s supposed to be included. I was told to order (and purchase) breakfast through the FoodPanda app, but it only works with Cambodian phone numbers. The pool is beautiful, but collects leaves, which were only partially cleared out after I mentioned it. I also had to ask for my room to be cleaned and towels changed after that hadn’t happened by day 3. The lock on my door required several minutes of struggle each time I left or returned. I realize they’ve had a lot of challenges with the pandemic in addition to Cambodia’s overall economic issues, and appreciate the effort the staff made — it’s still a good deal, as long as you don’t mind living on instant noodles from the shop and having to ask for everything (including an electric kettle for making noodles…).

I have used this hotel numerous times in the past and it is convenient for where I need to be, but this time (post-covid) was very disappointing. It was scruffy and unmaintained (the pool had many tiles missing, the gardens were overgrown etc), the rooms were clean but smelled badly of damp as they had not been used, and there was no food or refreshments of any sort available, not even a cold beer or a coffee. The last, at least, should have been made clear on the website prior to booking. The manager and staff were pleasant and helpful as always, and we understood the impact the pandemic had had, but it was not a good experience and I am unlikely to return there next time I'm in Siem Reap.

Mason was very helpful and attentive. Had a issue with the toilet and the morning desk staff could fix it till later. By then we had already checked out. Beautiful pool.

The staff are great; friendly, attentive and willing to help. Always had a smile. Language was the only barrier at times. I paid for a 90 minute massage. It started over 15 minutes late and i only got 75 minutes.

Elysium is a hidden gem jungle oasis, tucked away from tourist row. We had fruit smoothies and massages multiple times a day with very nice service. Staff helped us arrange rides and activities for us. Extremely good food with a surprising large selection. The pool was set us nicely with a bar and submerged lounge chairs. Very nice place, will return if back in Siem Reap.

The property seems to be slowly remodeling. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Our room was huge. Our biggest concerns included: limited lighting in the room such that it would have been impossible to read printed text in bed; where the shower walls met the concrete floor was poorly sealed and appeared to be rotting; there was no comfortable seating chair in the room, only a ridged plastic chair at the very small desk area. Finally, access to the property was down a very narrow dirt road and apparently limited parking.

I think the hotel is not worth the price. The hotel is lack of facilities, only a pool with restaurant and a minibar. Moreover, the housekeeping service is horrible. I suspect those staff didn't replace the bed sheet coz I found it not tidy. More than that, the housekeeping guy took the sleepers away and didn't replace it with a new one. When I ask them to gimme a sleeper, they gimme a jandal instead and none of the staff understands what I want. And finally I come to reception and tell them about that issue and they reply their laundry is not ready and they are unable to gimme one. That's unbelivable. Other that that, the breakfast and dinner we order is just eatable, but in Cambodia it is not too bad. However, the receptionist are really smart and able to address customer need. I really appreciate her!

The worst hotel service of all time. The staff does not know how to solve any problems. They charged me for 7 rooms when all those rooms have mildew and they did make a refund in cash in the same day but after I check my bank account (They charged me twice the amount). This hotel should ban from listing in Expedia. This is a total steal!!!!!!!!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est parfait (et inclus dans la chambre), les chambres sont grandes (petite odeur de renfermé), le staff très gentil, la piscine est belle et un service de navette gratuit assure la liaison (aller-retour) avec le centre de Siem Reap.

Staff was great and helpful. Not very experienced staff when problems need to be solved.
The cleaning of the room could be better and not very constant ig one day handtowels other day not. Floormats one day yes one day no.. table in the room and on the terrace were not cleaned during our 5 day stay. And the floor on the terrace was eventually stick. It was just swept.
Otherwise pool area was fantastic and the food was good.

Very unacceptable housekeeping. Housekeeping also refilled reuseable water bottles out of the tap in the room. Mosquitos are an issue you should be aware of. If you get silver or gold hotels.com benefits be sure to have a copy of them for hotel in order for them to honor them. Front desk personal not the most helpful. Breakfast good and pool is exceptional. I personally like the rural location but that might be an issue for some people.

Service here was pretty OK. They missed my airport pickup but got me back on the return - no harm done. I really, really don’t like how they allow tour guides/taxi drivers to roam the reception. I came down for breakfast one morning, was greeted by someone whom I thought worked there and was almost immediately given a pitch for a temple tour. Really annoying. The people who actually work at the hotel are nice and helpful. The property is showing its age. My a/c took a couple of hours to cool the room and at one point started spitting ice. The room was clean but a little rough around the edges. Given all of the choices in Siem Reap, I’m not sure I’d stay here again.
