Very nice clean hotel that still looks new. Convenient location to catch the metro into DC. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Always have coffee and hot water available 24/7.

The stay was excellent from the start.The manager Mohammad was great,I arrived early but he let me leave my car in the car whilst I went to the Old Town to meet friends and when I went to my room later they upgraded me because of a faulty TV.The room was great as was the breakfast.

Stayed here one night and wish I’d paid a little more to stay in a quieter place. There is a hospital close by so there were ambulance sirens all night. Windows are thin so you can hear everything.

Overall my stay was good. For some reason, the listed address took me to a totally different place, but when I called the hotel the ladies at the front desk were excellentat getting me the correctdirections on getting there! The hotel location is weird because its among apartmen tbuildings. Entry into the hotel is modern and very clean. You are greeted by friendly front desk staff and check-in was smooth and easy peasy. The few things that made it good and not excellent was the fact that housekeeping knocked on our door twice and asked if we were leaving and it was no where near check out time! She knocked at 844 AM and then again at 937 AM. We really wanted to sleep in and i wasn't feeling well so it would've been nice not to be interrupted. Eventually I got myself together and left out of the room at 10 AM. Luckily the waffle machine was still out and I was able to get some OJ and a waffle, which made me feel a bit better. If I could actually sleep in and not be interrupted, I'd definitely stay again!

I paid the fee and used a room on the basement floor of the hotel. Why is there a room on the basement floor? When I arrived at dawn and checked in, the staff was very unfriendly and didn't even bother asking questions.

I had to cancel thus booking due to a family issue. Never got there..several attenpts were ignored. As a result i had to pay almost $400 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Staff turns off lights on the lobby while we are eating. We've been traveling and going to different hotels not once they turned off lights on us except for this one. Other hotel let us adult hang on the lobby even past midnight and had never turn the lights off on us.

Hotel cleaning service was good, hotel was clean breakfast was good they have variety of food. Location is good there is Walmart and restaurants in walking distance, parking is free and plenty of parking available, swimming pool water was clean and hot tub in working well

We really enjoyed our stay at this Fairfield Inn property. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast had tasty options. We will definitely try to stay at one of these chain's properties on our next trip.

Our rooms wasn't ready until 4 pm. Made us wait at the lobby for 25 mins. Not even a sorry for the delay in preparing the rooms, instaed she was rude and said check ins not guaranteed at 3 pm. Hotel is clean

Great customer service. Wish the windows were sound proof since the hotel is right off a main street. Lots of sirens at night. Overall, the hotel experience was great to stay when we visited DC. Less than 30 mins to DC.

I liked that the room looked and felt clean. The pillows were too flat. I put the sink water on my face and it had a bad odor, smelled like the sewer! Guests stood out front smoking and you could hear conversations late at night if you were on the side where the entrance is located. Mattress was too hard, but the flat pillows could have contributed to the mattress being uncomfortable. Some of the staff was helpful, however the lady at the front desk that checked us in was not very personable. The area where the hotel is located could use some updating. I read the reviews prior to booking and they did not reflect my experience. Not a bad experience, however I will be looking elsewhere on my next visit.

The property was in good condition, staff was on site making sure it was clean inside & outside.
My only issue was the tub backed up but maintenance arrived and remedied the issue. I would stay again

When we got to the hotel, it was about 30 minutes before check in. We asked if we could check in early but was told there werent any rooms ready yet. While waiting, we watched several other people check in before the check in time. The continental breakfast was okay. Although there wasnt any apple juice which was disappointing. They just had milk, chocolate milk, OJ, and cranberry juice for drinks.
