The staff is very friendly! The property is well maintained! The rooms are spacious and clean.

This place was okay. Good for a one night stay. The area is kind of shady. But, it was quiet. Should invest in some better window black outs. When its light pretty much 24/7, and theres light still in your room, its hard to sleep well.

While we were only here for a place to stay, the room is equipped for longe stays / budget travel with nice little kitchenette. The entire facility appears to be pretty new, clean, and well cared for. The young man at the front desk was very polite and helpful.

A little dated but well kept. Clean and comfortable bedding.

The hotel seemed fairly new. The plexiglass barrier seemed somewhat unfriendly. The people were nice. Check in was very quick.

The hotel is spartan, as expected. It's got some shady folks afoot in the neighborhood: nearly dead strip mall, massive trailer park in disrepair, nowhere near walking distance to UAA or APU. Happy to be behind several locked doors. No easy dining nor grocery stores, barring Subway and BK across the street. Bus route nearby is an easy, cheap way to get downtown etc.

This is by far the worst hotel we ever stayed. We (family with kids) usually stay in mid segment hotels. All we need is cleanliness and basic services, nothing fancy. I got fooled by their prices ($300+) and assumed this is a decent hotel. 1. We landed past midnight and there was no one in the reception. After a long wait, security showed up and pulled out a room. 2. The room given to us to not clean, smelled of pets and urine and damp. After going back and forth for 2 hours with the security, I was told ‘take this room or find another place to stay’. Long story short, we had to take the room as it was too late to find another place at 4 AM. 3. The hotel is full of junkies and drunks. Not the sort of place any decent person would want to take his family to. The location of the hotel is also quite rundown and looked unsafe. The manager gave us another room for the second and our last night in that hotel. This room was way better than the first one but still nowhere decent (damp smell & not super clean).

The hotel itself was great. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was wonderful. Very helpful, very kind. I loved that I could have my dogs. The outside area of the hotel was nice and clean as well. The parking lot is big which is nice. The area/ neighborhood around the hotel doesn’t seem particularly great as there is a boarded up mall right next to it, but it’s not horrible. Overall, I would stay here again as long as I had a car to drive to get to other things like the grocery store and restaurants and didn’t need to walk.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the room had an odor when we entered and we had to open the window to air it out. It is also next to an abandoned strip mall so not the best view. We only stayed one night so it served it's purpose.
