Good location to the Levee. Rooms are small for the price. No real place to sit but the bed. Dark overall. Dust about 1” thick on bathroom shelves and mirrors dirty. Rooms had an odd smell. Very noisy, can hear next rooms like there isn’t a wall.

The stay was fine. Checking in and out was easy. The reason my review is 1 star is for their lack of assistance to rectify their mistake. The charges me twice for the room, the exact same amount almost a week between the charges. I was charged the Sunday I checked in, and also the following Saturday. I have called the hotel, as has my wife, multiple times. They keep insisting they will call us back to figure out the problem and have not once. I am currently working with my bank to try and get the funds that were stolen from me back. I hate it because it is a nice hotel, but do not risk staying here is you expect any help resolving issues like this that may arise.

Check in was quick and easy. Upon entering our room, we found it had not been cleaned/turned over. After contacting the front desk staff, we were immediately moved into a new room, accompanied by staff to the room, and it was fixed with little delay. I hated we had this hiccup, but they happen, and when they do, they should be handled with the expediency and class with which this staff member handled themselves. Top notch customer service. The facilities were pretty great too.

We were in for the WEBN fireworks. Perfect location to walk down to the river. Front desk staff Alicia (believe spelled correctly,sorry if not) and Robert were extremely helpful and friendly.

The shower was really nice; great water pressure and plenty of hot water. We liked the layout; the beds are separated from the bathroom. There was a long bench that would hold 3 open suitcases. The beds were comfortable and the blinds blocked the light. There were bars and restaurants and activities in walking distance. We would definately stay here again.

Great stay overall, nothing bad to say.

This wasn’t the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed, but the beds were comfy and it is pet friendly. The location is great though and in proximity of a concert venue, several bars and restaurants. I will say if you bring your dog, there are not easily accessible grassy areas anywhere close. Overall not bad though.

Great location. The bus service to Great American ballpark worked out so well and cannot beat the cost of $1 each way. The restaurants close by were very good, Haufbrau House and Press on Manmouth. The fabric furniture in the lobby needs to be cleaned and maybe put vinyl furniture by pool area. I utilize the gym and really appreciated the cardio options available.

The area was very walkable. The outside property was well maintained. Room was not the cleanest. Had to change rooms as the sink in the first room had a major leak and water poured on the floor. 2nd room -Found meds from previous person on the floor around the beds. Breakfast was delicious and most staff was friendly and acknowledged you as you walked thru.

Fantastic location for Newport or exploring Cincinnati without having to stay in the big city. Unique design, clever room layout and the best shower water pressure stand out as the highlights of this property.

They drained the pool after we got there

Everything was very good EXCEPT our shower didn't work. They had a leak a few days prior and didn't flush all the air out of the lines. Not a big deal but one thing can taint an entire stay. Otherwise a good hotel, close to a lot of things to do.

Great place to stay!

Quick overnight stay on our road trip. Second time we've stayed. Both times were great. Clean, modern accomodations in a lively and vibrant area. Lots of dining and entertainment options. Truly pet friendly!

We stayed here for a little overnight trip to watch the Reds play, it’s in the absolute perfect location for families. We took the ferry to the game, which was about 5 mins from the hotel. The next day we walked across the street to get lunch at Hofbrauhaus and then walked over to the aquarium. The hotel is beautiful, nice little pool area and we loved the floor to ceiling windows in our room. Super comfy beds too!

The property is very nice and very clean. My biggest complaint, and it's the same as other times I've stayed here, is the in-room restroom situation. The doors are terribly loud and there is little privacy.

The amenities for families is outstanding. Pool table, swimming pool, cornhole boards, connect four, outdoor seating for lounging with tables to play card games if you’d like, fitness room. The beds were comfortable but didn’t feel it was the cleanest room. The floor had not been vacuumed and there were m&m’s on the floor. The bathroom floor was sticky and had not been cleaned as there was a clump of blonde hair on the floor. The top of the desk and dresser was dusty. The mattress looked like someone had puked on it and they put a mattress protector over it with new sheets. Gross.

The property was designed well and looked cool,but actually left a lot to be desired. For the price we paid and the look of the hotel you expect way more. There was 1 person checking people in,but that wasn’t the bad part,the bad part was the person wasn’t only checking folks in,she was also ringing purchases from the “snack area” taking orders for the “breakfast window” and she was the bartender. After getting to our room ,we realized there were no towels in our room. Called the front desk to request some and was told we had to go down and get them. You could hear other guest walking around in the room above us,and bathroom doors slamming (barn style slide doors) sounds different from regular doors when it slides into the wall. And hear people/kids running down the hall and talking like they’re inside the room. We stayed for the purpose of walking to the ballpark which was perfect,but honestly was not impressed with the hotel itself. Dont plan on staying again,especially with the amount we paid for 1 night.

Great property

You can hear everything from the hallway. People in room above walking hard. Doors slamming. Echoing. There was only 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths in the room. No extra TP. Called front desk to ask for towels,I had to go get them from the desk. It’s a cool room. Place is designed very trendy. But not worth paying the price we paid. Don’t think we’ll stay again.
