Everything was very good EXCEPT our shower didn't work. They had a leak a few days prior and didn't flush all the air out of the lines. Not a big deal but one thing can taint an entire stay. Otherwise a good hotel, close to a lot of things to do.

Great place to stay!

Quick overnight stay on our road trip. Second time we've stayed. Both times were great. Clean, modern accomodations in a lively and vibrant area. Lots of dining and entertainment options. Truly pet friendly!

We stayed here for a little overnight trip to watch the Reds play, it’s in the absolute perfect location for families. We took the ferry to the game, which was about 5 mins from the hotel. The next day we walked across the street to get lunch at Hofbrauhaus and then walked over to the aquarium. The hotel is beautiful, nice little pool area and we loved the floor to ceiling windows in our room. Super comfy beds too!

The property is very nice and very clean. My biggest complaint, and it's the same as other times I've stayed here, is the in-room restroom situation. The doors are terribly loud and there is little privacy.

The amenities for families is outstanding. Pool table, swimming pool, cornhole boards, connect four, outdoor seating for lounging with tables to play card games if you’d like, fitness room. The beds were comfortable but didn’t feel it was the cleanest room. The floor had not been vacuumed and there were m&m’s on the floor. The bathroom floor was sticky and had not been cleaned as there was a clump of blonde hair on the floor. The top of the desk and dresser was dusty. The mattress looked like someone had puked on it and they put a mattress protector over it with new sheets. Gross.

The property was designed well and looked cool,but actually left a lot to be desired. For the price we paid and the look of the hotel you expect way more. There was 1 person checking people in,but that wasn’t the bad part,the bad part was the person wasn’t only checking folks in,she was also ringing purchases from the “snack area” taking orders for the “breakfast window” and she was the bartender. After getting to our room ,we realized there were no towels in our room. Called the front desk to request some and was told we had to go down and get them. You could hear other guest walking around in the room above us,and bathroom doors slamming (barn style slide doors) sounds different from regular doors when it slides into the wall. And hear people/kids running down the hall and talking like they’re inside the room. We stayed for the purpose of walking to the ballpark which was perfect,but honestly was not impressed with the hotel itself. Dont plan on staying again,especially with the amount we paid for 1 night.

Great property

You can hear everything from the hallway. People in room above walking hard. Doors slamming. Echoing. There was only 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths in the room. No extra TP. Called front desk to ask for towels,I had to go get them from the desk. It’s a cool room. Place is designed very trendy. But not worth paying the price we paid. Don’t think we’ll stay again.

Great location. Close proximity to restaurants and entertainment. Easy walking access to the bridge to Cincinnati. Only drawback was the bathroom light lit up half the room if you needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Parking charge did not feel necessary

Beautiful spacious room. Very clean. The staff at check in were very helpful. Quick walk to the Reds stadium, easy to do with young kids too.

Hotel was nice. Loved that it was walkable to plenty of restaurants and other things to do. Fitness facilities were great. Breakfast was good. Nice bar on premises.

Very friendly staff. Checked in by Lacy. She was great. Room was good. I wish it had more information included as far as amenities. Nothing in the room. Bar was closed. Pool closed in the morning at checkout.

The pool was not heated like it states online. The A/C was not getting lower than 73°. They charged more when we checked in than what my booking was for. Did not like the layout at all for room/bathroom. I’m sorry, will not be booking again.

This property was close to anything you wanted to do at Newport on the Levee. The rooms are not very soundproof and since it is a pet friendly hotel someone's dog was barking and disturbing us even in the middle of the night. This was in no way the hotel's fault with exception maybe the rooms could be better soundproofed. The hotel was extremely clean and had a bar on site which was nice. The swimming pool area was really nice too. Maybe a few additional chairs for seating around pool area. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Nice place

Nice rooms. Liked the outdoor patio area. The bar and lobby areas were warm and inviting. Breakfast was disappointing. The menu is limited and several offerings were not available.

The property was nice and quiet. My family and I were able to walk to nearby restaurants and a bowling alley with arcade that the kids had fun at. 20 minute walk to the Reds/Cubs game. Very convenient.

We enjoyed our stay. It’s convenient to the Cincinnati Reds field. Easy walk across the purple bridge. Several eateries, close to the aquarium. Highly recommend. We parked our car on Saturday and didn’t move it until we left on Monday.

We lost electricity for one and a half hours. It was hot in the room during that time. It was hard to use the bathroom because there was no light.
