The hotel was great. Everyday i sat on balcony and just watched the ocean and the breeze was nice also. Didnt need air con at night.

First of all property is 2 star..there is not much do to around the area one or two all inclusive resorts and few expesnive resturants. Beach front is dirty and very average not comming towards the property.. the towels and bed sheets smelled like they were nkt washed properly.. they were mainly colored beach towels and not regular towels secondly thereqas swearge smell from the bathrooms and the shower wasnt even working...the electricty was cutting in and out also they dont have any drinking water in the property..i had to walk a mile to get water.. also becareful the area at night time gets a little unsafe . I would avoid staying.here

Checked into the room (they had the lobby lights off to save electricity) and saw that one bathroom was missing a toilet seat and the couch was absolutely disgusting plus the A/C wasn’t functional. We immediately left and ate the reservation cost. I just couldn’t make my friends stay in such a rough place. Please don’t stay here

The positive; The personnel was friendly and respectful. Areas to Improve; The air conditioner does not work properly. It was extremely hot. The bathroom is not very clean. The apartments need a massive clean-up. I will not recommend it.

I Love the Vista Marina however rhis time I didnot get housekeeping. I don't know why they just never came by. Housekeeping knew we were there but no one came to tidy up or give use fresh towels.

Everything was good and clean. Service is awesome, only negative thing was hot water takes wayyyy too long to come out of the shower.

I know some spanish but Cynthia was the best in translating english for me. However she did not work on the weekends. The staff tried their best to accomodate but management needs to invest in amenities like providing towels, irons, better bedding. The rooms were clean and I felt safe. But there was a smell in the rooms. Power also went out a few times and lucky I was not stuck in tge elevator. The food from the Vista Marina restaurant was good and staff were really great.

ill start by saying this is one of the nicest hotels in Boca chica, it is across the street from a few great restaurants. i am from this country and have stayed at many places and this one is on my top 10. great location if you want to walk to eat, hit the beach, go shopping or even gamble at the local resort "Hamaca". if you can afford to get a room with an ocean view do it cause its worth it. theres always a breeze coming in the apartment. keep in mind that if you book a "loft" the bedroom and bathroom are upstairs so if you have a problem with stairs, i dont recommend that room. hotel was very clean and well maintained, they also have there own restaurant across the street st. tropez, which you get 10% off. the the waiter we had was very rude but the food was great, so i would not hold his attitude against the place. ok now the bad, parking can be difficult at the place, there is not enough parking in the hotel for every room. so if you go out and come back late. you will be parking your car on the street, where the hotel will tell you they are not responsible for it. second thing, if you plan on checking out early in the morning, there is no one at the front desk till after 10am, to help you, you will have to leave your key and information with the security guard and hope for the best.

Everything was good except the room didn’t have no towel I when to the front desk and ask they say someone will bring it. I didn’t get it I when to the front desk again but they already left for the night so I when to the pool area and fine one.

The hotel was extremely nice and all the rooms have the most beautiful view of the ocean. The pool area is very nice and modern and gorgeous

This hotel is close to the beach, has some very nice restaurants right across the street and has a great pool area, bbq area and exercise room. One negative is that we stayed here 2 weeks ago in a two bedroom suite and our bathroom had no hot water. Called in maintenance, she turned the water on, said yes, no hot water and left. They did not fix it. Now we are back, got the same 2 bedroom suite and, you guessed it, no hot water in our bathroom again. Told the front desk and she said maintenance was gone and they couldn't take care of it until tomorrow. We used the other bathroom to shower but no hot water there, either. Not earth shattering but inconvenient. On a positive note. . check in and out was very quick and they have a great kitchen with a cook top and full size refrigerator.

Very good property. Quick check in due to slow season. Had booked 3 bedroom condo , but they did not have one available, so they have us 2 rooms. Good local area.
