Went to breakfast at 930 and almost everything was empty. No eggs, sausage, or fruit. That was disappointing.

The room we stayed in was a little noisy. Could hear people talking and doors closing loudly in the hall. Happened early in the am and late at night. Could not come in the rear door with Key card. Something was amiss with door.

The room was great. Very clean and spacious. I felt comfortable in all parts.

The check in was quick and pleasant. The rooms are roomy and probably the cleanest of anyplace I’ve stayed at. The breakfast is set up nicely. Just a great place to stay!

The staff is amazing and hard working. Rooms are clean, location is convenient yet surrounding are is run down a bit.

This is a nice a hotel. We have stayed here before and it still meets our expectations. Comfy beds, great shower water pressure, many breakfast options and not the same options everyday. Staff is professional and accommodating.

The hotel smelled of sewage. The room setup is terrible with the bathroom door being in the middle of the room. The door illuminates the light from bathroom into entire room therefore, every time somone used the bathroom it woke everyone up. Breakfast was tasteless. Waffles and cereal were good. The pool area is cold and no hot tub.

Nice place. Rooms are a bit different than your standard hotel room and it was a nice change from the usual box!

Great

Stayed for youth tournament. Would like to give it a second try because the room was very nice, but it falls short in a lot of categories for such a pricey room. Well laid out and attractive spacious suite, basically clean but missing towels, trash bags and soap when we arrived. Godawful lumpy mattress but decent pillows. Bath curtain too short and water pooled all over the bathroom floor in a permanent unpleasant cold puddle. No bath mat. Had to throw towels down - three layers deep and they were still soaked and squishy. Advertised breakfast at 6:00 am, but it didn't start until 7 on Saturday - we had to skip it to get to the game on time and it was over by the time the game was done. Day staff very friendly and helpful, night staff couldn't be bothered. Also very noisy - family above us had little kids jumping on and off the beds non-stop - sounded like a construction crew over our heads. Normal hallway traffic was not muffled at all.

An excellent hotel, just perfect in every regard , great value for money

Suite we booked was given away, took an hour to get another suite to accommodate 5 people. Room was not fully clean nor was it stocked. Had to go down stair to get towels,coffee,etc.Breakfast was horrible,cold, no cream cheese for bagels, half cooked oat meal. nothing good about it. Would not recommend.

I travel to Columbia often for business and try all the hotels...this was by far the worst stay in a hotel I have had in my life in 40 years. Not an exaggeration... -No one at desk to check in, waited -Got to room, NO SOAP. What hotel has no soap!? Went to coworkers room, same thing. Front desk just found one as we walked up so we broke the soap bar in half! -Got back to room, security latch not attached to frame right and locked me out of room. Staff could not get back into room and left me there. I ended up pushed door 4-5 times and loosened from frame just enough to let me back in -Started to unpack, HAIR on desk all over the place and GLOBS of hair on dresser, 3 of them. -Went downstairs and asked for a new room, staff did not believe what I said and went to investigate as I got a new room front desk had a key for because now the key creator was broken! -Got to new room...thermostat was not working and could not adjust! After that, I was at my wits end after being on the road all day and couldn't take asking for another room. But there is MORE... Next morning, go get some coffee at 7:00...out of coffee as well! Give me a break...really!? It was such a terrible stay, I couldn't even go to the front desk to complain and ask for a refund I was so ticked off. On way out, spoke with others that were upset about no soap and no coffee...what kind of hotel has neither!?

The workers were nice. the beds made my back hurt they were so hard. the pool was not heated. it was freezing. apparently the person that does breakfast had a death in the family. the lady that works the counter managed to get breakfast out for us. we appreciated that. but the on sunday, Fathers Day, the guy that worked the counter didn't even bother to try so no breakfast the next day. also there is a couch that turns to a day bed and a trundle under it but they only gave us bedding for one or the other. i will not be staying here again.

Comfortable and nice

Considering that U of Missouri graduation was Sunday, their ability to get us checked into a clean room by 3pm was fantastic. Staff was friendly and incredibly helpful.

Attendant was not ask desk when checking in waited 20 min. Breakfast was awful eggs wet. Very disappointing for a new Marriott property!

I was in a traffic jam and called to cancel hotel and I was not going to make it to my event on time. Spoke to the manager and she was not helpful .

Nice clean room. Spotless bathroom. Well lit parking lot. Most importantly super nice staff, that worked hard to get us checked into a room about an hour before check-in time.
