Has all the basic amenities needed and friendly staff. Only downside was that there was no regular coffee at breakfast due to their maker breaking down, but I was still able to make coffee in the room.

The bathroom floor was very slick with something. I almost fell. We had to wipe up the entire floor before we could use it!!!

Our first unit had electrical issues causing our food to go bad. We were moved to an ADA unit even though we don’t require one. Water from show would intermittently go from hot to cold and back to hot.

The manager was an incredible person who would go out of their way to make sure the stay was awesome!

The burners in the room for cooking didnt get hot enough to cook anything. Not many options for breakfast.

I was disappointed with the condition of the property. initially, I was checked into a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. (Dirty plates on table; dirty linens on the floor). The room we were transferred to had a dishwasher and coffee maker that didn’t work. The hair conditioner bottle was open/unsealed. Two kitchen cabinet doors had broken hinges. There were wires from some type of fixture showing. CoffeeTable and tv stand had veneer off the side of them. Also, the shelves in the hotel “convenience store were almost bare.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet. Bed had great pillows and was comfortable. There were many food options nearby, also right next to Costco.

I was pleased with the cleanness of my room. The only thing that would have made it better was the ice machine on our floor was empty. All in all was a pleasant stay and would stay again.

We need to make multiple trips due to medical appointments so this was our second time at this motel. The overall price was good. Our first trip was a week long and was fine. We had our pet along this trip, the "pet friendly room" was only $20, not bad price but was horrible. Smelled like urine, floors seemed wet, walls were dirty. Next time we will pay $30 more for a more expensive motel but have a much better experience for us and our pet.

The lying check- in male clerk. He made up so may lies regarding why my TV in the room did not carry any sound to a majority of conservative TV stations (all fox channels, cnn and a number of others. Blamed it all on the cable comany...Yet when I had breakfast in the mornings, I was able to take my remote and get Fox News loud and clear. And yes he and myself got into a shouting match about this and he still continued to blame it on your outside cable co. AND to top everything else on the day I checked out, a portion of the hall ceiling came crashing down due to leaks in the roof. I believe the owner refused to spend any money fixing these problems. I go to the Mayo Clinic about two times a year and this was the first time I stayed in this motel. First time ever I spent some time in the Sleep Inn in Gainsville, FL and it was absolutly wonderful and that's why I decided to come to this motel.

The pool has not worked the entire time we were here. This is why we booked this hotel, for use of the pool for medical reasons. We were sent across the road, to another hotel with pool, this pool also wasn’t working! The staff at that hotel said the pool hasn’t worked in months. We were the sent to a third hotel to use the pool (same hotel chain) and were told we could use this pool only once. Our fridge did not work in our room, damaging $200 worth of newly purchased groceries, many of which had to be thrown out. There was numerous notes stuck on doors of appliances not working in a number of guests rooms - complaints of microwaves and fridges not working, dishwashers in the suites not working. Yesterday, I was at the desk and another guest came to say her microwave was still not working or addressed. We were moved to a room with a working fridge, but having to move rooms three times was a huge pain especially as we have been here so long. The shuttle drivers were amazing, the breakfast is very good. We would have left after our second night if the shuttle drivers weren’t so great. Beds are very comfortable.

Have a free shuttle service to Mayo Clinic. Close to Costco, Aldi, Cub Foods. Walking distances to many restaurants.

Furniture was falling apart, cleaning staff never came until day 4 even though we requested it, refrigerator kept tripping breaker and turning off, not enough toilet paper, curtains falling off, no screen on window.

The complimentary transportation shuttle for Mayo Clinic guests was excellent. The rooms do not get cleaned, we have been here since April 24 and rooms have only been attended to twice, despite asking every three days. We have to go to front and ask for broom, vacuum and clean sheets/towels. Went for towels twice and there was none, had to take from pool. There were a number of disgruntled guests with signs on their doors stating appliances in rooms not working. Ours all worked. The breakfast is good. We booked because of the shuttle and pool, but the pool has been down now for most of our stay. We were told today it won’t be repaired for some time. We had to extend our stay as I now have surgery, and the young front desk attendant (not the usual one) went into a panic and made us remove all of our things from our room and was quite rude. Made several comments about how he didn’t understand why people all wanted floor level (it’s what we booked, I have a kidney disorder and a torn ACL and torn meniscus, can’t walk!) put us on an upper floor with a shower I can’t use easily although our former room is empty. Overall, we chose to stay because the breakfast and shuttle service was well worth it, drivers go above and beyond. Just appears understaffed possibly, but everyone for the most part was really good. Rooms are fairly loud.

Room was quiet and clean, the only thing was not enough people on for breakfast and tables were not cleaned.

What a wonderful place to stay! Would totally recommend this hotel to family and friends. The check-in experience was great - the front desk gentleman was a gem!

Floors in the bathroom and kitchen were sticky, shower wasn't clean, hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. There was trash next to the nightstand and in the cushions on the couch.

The 1st room we were placed in had a broken mirror all over the bathroom floor. I called down to the front desk and Nick was very nice. He had me come down and put us in a different room which ended up being an upgrade from what we reserved. We appreciated the customer service we were given.

They need to spend more time cleaning the rooms. The shower had mold growing and the vent in the bathroom was covered in dirt

Very comfortable bed and the room smelled great! I could hear people through the walls, but in general it was very quiet. Fun breakfast in the morning. The staff was great. We were there for the Mayo Clinic.
