Very cozy condo. Close to the center, you can walk everywhere. Easy to check in and check out. Like this place. I will recommend it for everyone

The parking is tricky and unsettling but beside that, I would absolutely recommend! The host was communicable and the stay was comfortable. We had city views with live music from the streets, which I favored, and Mountain View’s from the halls. In walking distance to great stores and the beach items were a great find that made us have one less worry. Room was spacious for myself and three friends. Kitchen was stocked with plates and other necessities. Id absolutely book again!

I have 2 year old no crib. Which the property said you have when reserved the room.

Great accommodation and close to the beach

The staff and service was excellent. Easy communication with staff, they ask about us and if we need anything everyday. Our room was clean, well stocked with towels and common necessaries. Plus a few beach items for guest use. The property was a stone’s throw away from everything, restaurants, bars and shops, the ocean and the mountains were 20 - 30 mins scenic drive from the property with our rental car. We felt safe inside the property which was 1 of the most important thing on our vacation!

The room was spacious and ready by the promised time and the staff really made an effort to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The air conditioning worked well. The location was very walkable and convenient, very close to several nice beaches, restaurants, and shops. The pool was also a great amenity to enjoy during our downtime as well. The private lanai was nice to take in the views and enjoy a drink or breakfast. We were also able to see some fireworks one night from there. Parking was free, easy, and convenient once we figured out how it worked the first time. This was actually one of the main reasons I chose to stay here since most places in Waikiki seem to charge for parking. It was pouring down rain when we arrived and we had to temporarily park in the loading zone in the street to retrieve the key fob from the mailbox in the lobby of the building. We were initially confused about the location of the assigned parking spot because the entrance on the other side of the building only contained the basement and first floor parking and we actually had to pull around again to the front of the building again to access the 2nd floor parking (which requires the key fob). The check-in guide is helpful for understanding this. We would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Waikiki again!

Centrally located, off Waikiki strip, free parking, separate vanity area from toilet/shower, AC worked beautifully, unit decor very stylish, the larger fridge/freezer, nicely stocked kitchen were all loves. Would've given property 5 stars had the tub, toilet and bathroom sink been scrubbed cleaner (visible rings in the tub and toilet). Also, the bath mat was slippery (I almost fell stepping out of the shower); should replace with a non-skid backed bath mat. There was also visible water damage at the shower's ceiling wall above the showerhead. Not a deal breaker, but a box of Kleenex would've been nice for us allergy sufferers!

This studio was in a great location for an unbelievable price! Wonderful fully equipped kitchen although all we made was coffee. Plenty of little perks left around by mgmt. Unfortunately, I didn't find the ear plugs until the 2nd night. Never have stayed in Honolulu before and probably won't again. Maybe if we were 40 or even 30 years younger, we're in our early 70's. Just too many people, noise (all night long), cars and rude people. Surprising, since we learned at a luau 3 out of 5 jobs are associated with tourism. Glad we saw Honolulu and Waikiki beach. This little studio condo was a wonderful location and a great unit for a great price.

Quiet building =)

The property was exactly as described on hotels.com and we had no complaints. The location is in central Waikiki close to everything. However, we were disappointed that the original information supplied to us about entering the property was somewhat confusing. The document needs to be completely rewritten in clear and unambiguous terms. Plain words and simple sentences. Just like other “procedures and policies” displayed in the room: very well done! We are experienced travellers. We arrived at the location by Uber. We had arrived in Honolulu on a cruise ship from Australia. The confusion in the entry document seems to be from an assumption that guests arrive by car. Clearly not the case with us. As it happened, we were able to contact the manager by SMS and an assistant arrived promptly to sort things out. A job well done. He agreed with us that our documentation was confusing. Additionally, the people at the front desk were of no help. We understood they weren’t part of our booking other than to get us to sign a registration form. As is the case with many USA counter staff they could not understand our Australian accents and made no attempt to be helpful. Having said that, they were doing their job in a formal and matter of fact manner. So, everything was as described and we were happy with our stay after some initial angst and frustration that could have been avoided. We do hope the management will consider a rewrite of the entrance documentation.

We like the location, easy walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Off street parking was a big plus.

Convenient location with FREE parking in Waikiki, very rare to find! Easy check-in/out.

Owner is best in communication. I love the place where this property is located. Although, cleanliness in an issue. Coffeemaker was not cleaned. Oven was not cleaned. Dishes, you have to wash it again to have a peace that you are using a clean ones. Rice cooker, pots are not cleaned. I think it's time for the owner to invest for new plates, bowls, cups. Those corelle are great but lots of yellow stains that won't come out even if you wash it many times. Throw pillows, looks dirty. Do not trust to use it. Sofa bed was not made. Owner is great in communication, he only needs to make sure that his unit is properly cleaned and maintained every before check in.

The location was great -close to shopping and restaurant. Owner had good communication. The beach chairs were broken and supplies were limited.

Great location, lots of stores, dining options. 10 minutes walking to the beach. The only cons is that outside wall is thin, so it could be noisy.

Needs new towels. Downtown, so a little loud when sleeping, but worth trade off for location.

Almost impossible to get a hold of them. Would not work with me on any accommodations.

I liked the easy check in and that we were able to leave our luggage before checking in. Terrell was very nice and accommodating. The place had enough to meet our needs. We are grateful that we were able to book on the same day we were arriving. Thank you for that.

Quick response from property, when needed. Great location

The place was in a great location, everything needed was accessible. Really liked the parking spot, found it to be extremely useful for the trip. The place itself was good, clean except the toilet was difficult to flush. I did mention it (on the last day, it was fine to use still) and had a quick response, which was nice. I would stay here again. :)

Easy to get in and out the parking lot

Great location in town. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Free parking with the condo which was nice. It was very well secured with key access entry and security on standby. There were onsite laundry facilities and an outdoor pool. Many toiletries were already supplied as well as beach gear.

Excellent location and partial ocean view.

The place is very old and outdated. Shower rod is very rusty and the shower curtain needs to be washed. We had to clean the toilet bowl before using. There’s a weird smell in the room. The location though is excellent as it is in the heart of Waikiki. Free parking is a plus.

All good. I felt a bit noisy coz I was with my kid but if not I would say it’s a great party location.
