We really liked the cleaniness of the hotel, the friendly/attentive staff and the comfort of our room

A part of the view from our room was facing to what it seemed to be an abandoned bulding falling into disrepair.

The room was just right. Everything you need. Nice staff.

Parking spaces are way too small. Even for average sedan. It's a comprehensive insurance claim waiting to happen. People are forced to park so close to you. Sometimes you can't even walk between 2 cars as they are so close.

Location close to Waikiki beaches and downtown. Kitchenette was great for quick meals instead of having to eat out the whole trip.

Maintenance crews were working in the parking area and parking my vehicle was difficult due to small spots and tight access. Late in my stay the parking issues were resolved with additional, larger spots came open as barriers were removed. Problem solved.

Staff cleanliness and staff are fine, location is good BUT...

PARKING goes from horrible to nonexistent. They probably never had enough but now a huge section is closed for maybe resurfacing. Saw NO progress in 8 days, to make it worse, only saw workers once. ...Taking a break in their trucks blocking even the driveway. Don't stay here if you have a vehicle.

Amazing location, walking distance to everything you want to do in Waikiki. The rooms are huge and we loved having the balcony. Everything was very clean although a little dated. Free parking lot is a huge money saver, we appreciated that. All in all a nice hotel with great staff!

The pillows are ready to be replaced. The hotel next door got a pretty loud a couple of evenings. The pool is bare bones.

Great service, super friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, car rental just across the road, walking distance to many restaurants and shops, only 2 blocks away 10 min walk to Waikiki beach. 5 min walk to a bus stop to go to Ala Moana, Diamond Head, Waikele Premium Outlet , Perl Harbor and many more. Huge room for Hawaii for a price of a smaller room in other hotels in Waikiki area, full size fridge, good size TV.

Just a normal electrical jug in a room would be nice, but we had a coffee machine in our kitchen we used to make a tea and coffee. Can be a bit noisy with the night time motorbike riders if you get a view room overlooking Ala Wai Canal , but you get a stunning view which is worth it.

I liked that the room was spacious

The parking situation is HORRIBLE...paid guests should have priority parking. There were people parking in the garage that were not guests, and there were too few spots to accommodate. We spent more money parking elsewhere and had to modify our planned daily activities around the limited parking situation. This put a damper on all of our plans to enjoy our trip. NEVER AGAIN!

location is great with free parking, only the parking space is limited. Better be there before 6 pm to get a spot!

Very good location right in the heart of Waikiki, but not noisy. Close to shops and restaurants. Not far from beach. Nice view from balcony of canal and golf course and mountains. Kitchen was well equipped. Staff very helpful.

Parking can be tricky. Could use some body lotion.

Nice view of the canal great kitchen if you plan to prepare food spacious room compared with other hotels at the same price plenty of room for a rollaway bed which was great for our family

very noisy old air con noisy from road traffic at times hotel a bit tired daytime renovations being carried out on hotel so noisy (but we went out most of the days so this was not a problem)

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is cleaned well everyday of our stay and the location is close to waikiki beach and the mall.

I recommend fifth floor and up for better views!

Central location. Near everything - beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. Bus stops nearby and transit would take you to other areas of the city and elsewhere on Oahu. Very friendly staff.

Noisy at night from traffic. Air conditioner was also noisy. Would have liked the hotel to provide more information about local services, tourist attractions, etc.

Would definately stay again. Lovely helpful staff. Professional and friendly Perfect location for us and the view was one of the best in Waikiki. We love the Ali Wai Canal and our room overlooked it. Thankyou to all of your staff.

The gym was a bit small but it didnt matter.
