Great location and very comfortable

Close to the beach and bay. Bathrooms could use an update. Free convenient parking. Carpet in the hallway of 2nd floor was really dirty. It has a rooftop pool which was nice

On our arrival, the front desk lady was rude and unhelpful. The morning lady was great however. The room was not as clean as it should be. The carpets were filthy! I would not recommend this place to stay at all. Only good thing about it, is it was close to the beach!

This property needs a major upgrade. The furniture is old, very old. The rooms do not have any data plugs for charging your electronic devices. The bathroom for the lobby is located on the 4th floor. Doors to the rooms and into the garage from the floors, are warped, stick and do not open or close properly. The rooms appeared to be clean, it's just that because everything is old (decades) the hotel gives bad vibes.

Clean, accommodating, conveniently located. Overall I would recommend. I would suggest bringing your own water as there is no need water jug to fill up in the lobby or the gym.

This hotel is disgusting. The rooms have rugs and our feet were black fro walking around the room. All the hallway rugs were disgusting. The hotel smells. The beds are awful. We had to be moved when we got there because the futon in our room was broken and thank God they moved us. I wish I could get my money back it was so gross.

Perfect location - one short block to the beach and one short block to the bay.

Overall a wonderful place to stay and so clean!

Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and efficient. They each displayed a real sense of being committed to providing great service.

Carpets should be replaced throughout the rooms and hallways. Otherwise everything else was very good. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Super convenient to beach.

It was close to the beach. Parking was very good. The door to the parking area was not locked at night where anybody on the street could get in the hotel

We loved Gold Leaf hotel - especially their excellent customer service! Very nice facilities, close to the beach, comfy and clean, they were able to accommodate our late check out and were just all around great people

This property is very outdated. Rooms were clean furniture needs to be replaced , very outdated. If you wanted to sit on the sofa/futon not happening. Safe in room broken refrigerator needed to replaced. The place needs a whole new makeover. As for the staff, very pleasant and accommodating. Housekeeping was also there for your needs and did an excellent job. No complaints. This property is convenient to the beach and restaurants.

Staff did not care we had a problem. Rooms have paper thin walls can even hear people talk in next room.

Hotel room was very clean, beds comfortable but carpets in rooms and hallways needed cleaning. Great value for the money and ocean block hotel with parking is a huge plus.

Dewey Beach is a hidden gem. The hotel is in just the right spot and a short walk to the beach. Pool is great for the kids and the staff is friendly and attentive.

The key is the location. The rooms were quiet and while they're clean it did have a dank smell and there were some mold in the corners of the bathroom around the shower.

Only stayed one night but the experience was great!

Property was nice and worth the money. Maybe update the lobby as it looks older but still nice. Acouple things I would say is update furniture in the room. Like the table and chairs. Also buy wood pens and atleast try and hide the dings and things. Also update WiFi please please to make it better as it slow and being the cell service in the area is the same way having better WiFi would be nice. Bathroom was nice and bed very very comfortable. In all the room is with the money. Very very close to the beach. An like I said for what you pay it’s worth the stay and I would definitely stay again. Door to hallway way hard to shut and was loud when we shut it. Most likely due to expanding and contracting due to weather. Every staff member we ran into was always great and very nice. Love the lady’s at the front desk. Checking in was very easy. Every time we went in and out of the lobby weather 9am, 3pm or 1am everyone always was nice and said hello and seemed happy to have us. As a gay couple which I don’t think they know or they might have as 2 males in a single king bed room. They were very nice to us. Feels great to travel and feel safe and comfortable as a couple there.

It was clean and nice and right next to the beach.parking is not good for vans or bigger vehicles.

Convenient to beaches (on both sides)! Nice quiet location. No boardwalk, but that is okay. Parking garage can feel a bit narrow. No elevators. Courteous staff!
