A nice hotel with really wonderful and helpful staff which increases its appeal. The rooms are nice enough, though a little tired, they could do with a paint refresh and also the plumbing needs to be looked at as it made a loud noise when you use the water or flush the toilet. The location is excellent and lots of amenities and restaurants nearby. Great for a couple of days stay to explore Bilbao

No window to look out of. Sort of stark.

I stayed here twice in a month, with different levels of rooms. The most basic room was fine. My 2nd room was one degree up in room type, and was a very pleasant surprise- a much larger, corner room with views onto 2 streets. The only problem I had, with both rooms, is that the shower drains slowly, onto the floor. So I built a “dam” out of a hand towel, and that solved the problem. This hotel is right at the first stop on the airport bus-very convenient.

Excellent location. Parking available but complicated. Friendly staff. Good choice for the money. Stay here specially if you don’t have a car!

Very basic and small hotel near the Guggenheim museum. No breakfast available. The bed was good.

Property is very close to Guggenheim Museum and also the Bellas Artes Museum. Surrounded by very good eateries.

First stop on the bus from the airport. No issues with checking in slightly earlier than due. Staff friendly & knowledgeable of the area. Couple of great bakeries close by so that addressed the breakfast needs.

very nice looking clean hotel in what looks like part of a larger building. reception area good and a lift to the 1st floor. think there was only ground level plus floor 1.? staff were on the whole pleasant and helpful although we were warned that the overall attitude of this area of Spain was subdued. room was nice and cool so aircon not really required. one big downside was the showers and toilets in all the rooms made a big noise when used. like a massive motor type groaning every time someone flushed the toilet or had a shower. not good at 5/6 am when people were getting up. for this reason i would not stay again although location was perfect.

Close to Guggenheim and Bellas Artes museums. Very walkable to Old town

Clean and comfortable, well equipped and well positioned, just what I needed. The hotel is rooms only, no bar/restaurant or even breakfast available but the room was good, the staff helpful and reasonably priced

Fabulous welcome at reception, friendly staff, very welcoming & helpful. Room was clean & comfortable, great view onto the street & up to the Guggenheim Bridge.. walls were a little stained, nothing a quick lick of paint wouldn’t fix.. All round fabulous stay..

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Location is incredible. All areas were very clean. The bathroom was quite noisy at night with the water tank refilling and the rooms weren’t fully soundproofed but overall good for the price.

Great budget option! Room was pleasant and comfortable, while being well located.

Great experience during our stay, we were made very welcome by reception and they were so helpful in supporting to book a taxi. Very good with my young son and always had a smile. We will definitely be coming back, thank you!

Just checked out of this property today. Didn’t have the most pleasant experience, but also wasn’t horrible. Checkin was easy and the area around it has lots to see and eat at. The room, was… okay. There were scuff marks on the wall, the sheets were clean but had black markings on them (that I’ll assume are just wear and tear stains, the room was exceptionally warm and the thermostat did not allow you to take it off of heat. In the bathroom, the shower only had half of a door. I understand that’s the “design”, but it allowed for water to splash everywhere outside of the shower. Additionally, the sink did not drain water, at all. Water pressure was good and was hot so that’s a plus. One downside is the walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors very easily. My room was only $80 on a Wednesday night, so you get what you pay for, but I’ve seen this room go for $130 on the weekends easily and I don’t think at a price like that it’d be worth it. The only big upside is the proximity to the Guggenheim. WiFi worked well. If it says “courtyard view”, it’s not really much of a courtyard and is a bit misleading in my opinion. Hope this info helps on my experience for anyone looking to book a hotel in Bilbao. I’d give it a 6.5/10 score.

ESKERRIK ASKO! I had a very good time in this hotel. I had all i needed, a good bed, the possibility to use a shared 'living-room' kind of a lobby to prepare coffe, a fridge is in the room, also water boiler. The 'by pillow' is close to guggenheim museum and the art museum. Good restaurants just everywhere. Extremly friendly receptionits that welcome people kindly and are helpful. All in all way better than so many 4 stars hotel i have been.

This hotel is less than five minutes away from the Guggenheim Musuem. There are heaps of tapas bars around too. The rooms are a good size mine had a king size bed. A big shout out to Gary on the front desk who went out of his way on two occasions to help me out. Great value for money.

Staff were very friendly. Cute hotel. My room needed a little repair (#4) but overall great experience!

Beware, no laundry or parking on site and hotel is in bad shape. It looks ok from the outside but upkeep is lacking. Parking is a 5 minute walk. Shower did not drain, pipes make loud noises, sink faucet not secure, and fridge did not work. Hotel does not uphold any responsibility for false advertisement of services offered or condition of facilities. Front desk was nice and helpful to find parking and things in the area but have to authority to fix things that are broken or remedy any situation that arises. Would not recommend.

Lady on reception was fantastic! Checked opening times of museum & funicular railway. Gave us a map & dinner suggestions. We had trouble finding the car park & walking back from the car park……but great location for the museum.

At a fantastic location (4 min walk to the Guggenheim) but a run down hotel. Walls are thin and the water system is very noisy. Once night stay was ok.
