Fantastic place to stay when you want to be outside of Bocas Town. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The pristine beach is only steps away. Menu at the restaurant is varied and delicious. Service was excellent. Highly recommended, and I hope to return.

We celebrated our 47th anniversary at this wonderful resort. Paul, the new owner, and Simon and Wendy, former owners, were absolutely delightful. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you for a very special time!

The place is beautiful and the location is great. Simon and Wendy are great about being attentive without being intrusive. The food and drinks are very good and reasonably priced. Everyone is friendly. Great place to relax and enjoy nature!

Oasis is truly something else, and I must admit I was hesitant at first as I have never really stayed in BnB's as I am one for the comfort of hotels. However, that said, Wendy, Simon, and the Oasis staff were incredibly welcoming the moment I stepped foot out the taxi. Being a solo traveller, I wasn't really sure what I was getting myself into in Bocas del Toro, but Oasis felt like home away from home and they could not do enough for you. The View (Oasis restaurant) was superb and the menu changes daily. There are several restaurants along Playa Bluff and it is a short hop into town so you are not totally isolated. The staff are more than happy to provide recommendations for absolutely anything, including help spotting wildlife such as: Sloths, Toucans, Howler Monkey's etc. They are happy to arrange excursions across the archipelago or anything else you may want/need for. There's plenty of walks and the beach is superb to relax and just take in the surroundings. It is a slower pace of life and whilst not completely cut-off, I would say be patient with things such as the WiFi as it's not the same speeds as home. I felt safe and comfortable for the duration of my stay, after all you are surrounded by nature and it makes for some great walks and photo opportunities to keep you occupied. Panama is my 34th country visited and Oasis made it truly memorable and I will always be grateful to Wendy, Simon and the staff who helped make it that way.

This place was magical! The location, food and staff was amazing. We felt cared for and well-anticipated from the moment we stepped out of the taxi. The staff goes above and beyond to be accommodating and to anticipate needs. The food and cocktails were also incredible - would highly recommend staying here. The bumpy drive to get there is well worth it!

This place is an absolute gem! Gorgeous location with a beautiful beach right out front. Clean room and setting is perfectly landscaped. We saw two sloths right out front ! The service is impeccable and the food might be the best on the island. Their breakfast is delicious! The owners Wendy and Simon are easy going and make the experience more delightful. We highly recommend staying at oasis bluff!

Amazing location, steps to playa Buff, away from crowds, just wonderful nature. The owners, Simon and Wendy, are lovely and spare no effort to welcome guests and make your stay memorqble. A must if you love nature and feeling that you have an entire beach to yourself.

The property was eco & family friendly! The perfect slice of Heaven on earth! Staff is warm and friendly. The food & drinks are delish, and they seem to attract a very Zen, nature-loving clientele looking to “Relax & Rejuvenate”….Can’t wait to return!

Simon was amazing at recommending tours and setting them up for us… the room was perfect and the view!!! The restaurant food was delicious… everything about the place made us definitely want to return and make it a regular destination

Our host, Simon, was very accommodating in many ways: first, by providing an upgraded room at no additional charge, then by providing champagne upon arrival to celebrate our anniversary where he and his wife, Wendy, operate an excellent B&B operation with an associated, on-site restaurant called The View. The staff are highly trained and are exemplary—from the service team, to the cooks, to housekeeping and the maintenance crew. The accommodation is extremely well built and has tremendous views (and sounds) of the waves crashing on to the adjacent Oasis Bluff Beach. Many surfers appeared there each morning, and often, in the afternoons. The eco-friendly initiatives are also evident—from rain collection and use, to solar capture and recycling efforts. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are well appointed. Tile work in the bathrooms, ample water pressure in the shower and plush towels all make for a comfortable stay. Finally, the animal sightings and their company (both wild and domestic) were a treat. The resident sloth was particularly well received and lived up to his/her namesake. This is a place definitely worth checking out when on Isla Colon, Bocas del Toro, Panama.

We give a Oasis Bluff a 20 out of 10! The facilities and food were amazing! The location was perfect for us because we didn’t want to be in town. We rented an atv for transport for a few days and loved it! The best part about the stay though was the staff… starting with our hosts Wendy and Simon! Their kindness, attention to detail, knowledge of the area, and local relationships with the community all combined to make our stay fabulous and memorable! We will be back!

Our stay at Oasis B&B was absolutely breathtaking- the property is beautiful and well maintained. It is an eco friendly property that is extremely conscientious of its effect on the island and planet. Wendy and Simon are excellent hosts who treat you like a family member throughout the course of your stay. There are so many activities available such as jungle walks, water sports, or simply lounging on the beach. We hopped from island to island and thoroughly enjoyed our time on Bluff Beach!

All service was excellent. We appreciate their hospitality and hopping back again.

Oasis Bluff was a little slice of heaven. Was finally able to relax! Simon and Wendy were wonderful hosts. Fun to talk to and very helpful with all of our travel needs.

The place is located on the best beach on Bocas Island with many surfers everyday trying the great waves. It’s very clean, confortable and relax, you feel like you’re home but also in paradise with Wendy and Simons the owners taking care of you with details. The drinks and food are simply unbelievable and that’s why we always had dinner every night there and they come up with a different great menu every day. Overall this place was outstanding, we stayed 4 nights and wish we would have stayed longer, you never get tired of living in a dream location!

WARNING ! Extraordinary Violent Waves.. Please be aware, the waves at this location are literally deadly.. , if you are expecting a relaxing archetypal beach experience i.e. swimming in the ocean, laying out on the sand, find a different beach.. we found out that the "other side" of the island is "for swimming".. this side is interesting as a natural phenomena, the roughest waves ever, walking on the beach is ok, pictures are ok, but swimming is extremely dangerous.. my girlfriend nearly died, lost consciousness, and nearly every local had a similar story and experience... to make maters worse there was little warning, Oasis unlike a neighboring property Hummingbird had no sign, either to warn of the extreme danger or advise what to do if caught in the currents. The Oasis is clean, however the design of the rooms offers Zero Privacy, nothing is sealed, the rooms are completely open to the deck, only shades can be shut to allow some degree of visual privacy, but as far as sound you may as well be living in the same room as other guests.. We had an unfortunate incident on the last night of our stay... upon being informed my elderly dog was not eating and feeling well I admitidally became upset and talking with my mother used a louder then normal conversational tone, Simon and Wendy, the stereotypical arrogant English owners, rudely threatened to kick us out, call the police and then shut off the internet and all possibility of communication for all guests. egomaniacal deviance

This was a wonderful relaxing experience on Bocas del Toro. Simon and Wendy are very accommodating and caring hosts, they made our stay very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable, the food was amazing, the views were spectacular. I highly recommend relaxing at The Oasis while visiting Bocas.
