Because I checked in very late, and they arranged a room at the end of corridor, and I wanted to change the room, but the staff said it was fully booked and it's the last room available. But I asked for another staff for help, he did change room for me. That means the previous staff didn't check for me and just didn't do more...
Air conditioner is not enough, and carpet is very dirty. Will not go back this hotel again.

The room is comfy and spacious, bed, amenities, cleanliness and staff are all great. This will be the perfect hotel to stay in if you want proximity to Senai airport and Johor premium outlet. If you want peace of mind and good/ quiet place to rest, this hotel will be the choice.

But buffet breakfast does not tally with the exclusiveness. Quite upset in fact.

Overall good , nothing to complain at this price~ worth the money. We check in very late but all goes fast, ask for shaver it come very fast, service is good.Room is very clean and comfort. Breakfast is good too.

Horrifying experiences, hotel computer system was down and could not issue invoice, and didn’t even have a backup plan to issue customer with a decent invoice.Paid for the buffet dinner, amazing part was the dishes were ran out and it wasn’t refill or replenish. I am wondering what about those who came to the dinner late without much choices.Room tidiness were questionable too, could see stain on the table and toilet basin which obviously the room attendant didn’t clean it up, items like toothbrush and towels weren’t replenish .Hope the hotel management can improve on these areas.
