Nice room on the third flloor with a balcony. Room small but for 1 person perfect Love the little frigo bar super for keeping beverages cold.

Property is in excellent location and many things in walking distance. Fethiye lovely place. I must mention the lady , songul ,night receptionist is a credit to this hotel.. she is lovely ,really nice and has time for you and always helps. Will be back bcoz of her. Love frm sonia

Unique lighting and decoration in the rooms, along with a small balcony. Only half a block from the ocean. Easy walk along the ocean to the Old Town and rock tombs.

A bed upgrade is in order. Otherwise clean and in a good location.

No assistance with your bags, no lift. The receptionist not too friendly. They wouldn’t let us use the bathroom until we have checked in. The hotel is situated at a good location but I won’t go there again.

Room and bathroom are small but it has the basics of what's needed in a hotel room. Bit far from the main bus station, 20 mins walk. Restaurant is not opened and it's hard to find breakfast nearby at 8am unless I walk to old town/center which is about 20-25 mins away.

Great hotel in the perfect location. A gem of a place, very clean, rooms are great although the mattress could do with being a little softer (my preference). Would certainly stay again and certainly reccomend it to friends.

Nice clean hotel. Unfortunately restaurant was not open at time of visit (March 2022).

From arriving to leaving enjoyed every minute, 3 nights in total.Aleyna on reception/manager was so profesional in her job offering advice and guidence for the time i spent in the area, allowed me to store my luggage as i arrived early.Cleanliness and covid care is more than covered by the staff at the hotel. My room was on thetop floor ,very clean and comfertable with tea/coffee, soap, gel, shampoo , satellite tv also added bonus of a seated area balcony.I will have no hesitation in booking again and recomending Kayi Hotel to anyone who is visiting the area.Thank you.

It was a wonderful place. Kind and respectful people. Very good room. Nice view from last floor. Very good price. Nice location. We are totally happy with our stay. As architect i also liked how they used roof space.

Rooms are smallish , but we had a balcony on the top floor with a great sea view. Restaurant was closed, but we ate at Allaadin’s just down the street. Good location just a block from the promenade. Walls are thin and we could hear the guy next door cough a few times.

Were made to feel welcome with friendly staff, room was perfect for a budget hotel, excellent design. Special thanks to housekeeper who was friendly, did an amazing job everyday and made us feel so welcome throughout. Nothing was too much trouble

The hotel staff was very efficient and the room was absolutely spotless thank you.

The checkin women was very polite and enthusiastically helped carry my bags up three flights of stairs to my room. The rooms are small but sparkling clean and quiet. The beds were uncomfortable but after i complained the management brought up a mattress topper that made my sleep much better. The sheets and towels were very clean they looked new. Although the room itself was small the added balcony give much needed space.The hotel is centrally located with stores, resturaunts and a pharmacy 1 block away. Highly recommended for those on a budget that want a clean and quiet place centrally located in fethiye.
