Really nice hotel. The rooms were all clean and modern. The bed was a little uncomfortable (very firm) but not too bad. The shower room was clean and modern. The shower only gave us hot water once and then it varied from luke warm to cold (this was the only slight downfall to the hotel), maybe they were having a few problems that week. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. The location was a short walk from the centre and train station so again very good.

Lovely modern hotel which was clean and close enough to the city centre (10 minute walk) breakfast was good if you want continental, cereal or fruit.
Disappointed with hot breakfast. crispy/fat bacon that looked like it has been recooked 5 times, cold scrambled egg, no tomato or mushrooms.
Apart from that no other negatives.

While google maps make it look like the hitel is around the corner from the train station, it isnt. The way the streets are laid out we would have gotten lost if we had tried to find it walking from the station we would have become really lost. . Also the location is in kond of an isolated area, at least thats how it appears.

Pros - Decent sized room, Great breakfast, bus stop just outside the Hotel, friendly staff, and luggage storage service.
Cons - Cleanliness could be improved in toilet and vacuuming. Not many eateries / grocery stores within walking distance.

The hotel was overall ok. However the beeds were terribly hard and unconfortable. As one elevator was out of order for the most part of our stay the trafic going up and down was a mess. The quality of the breakfast was adaquete but the breakfast area was way to small for the number of guests which made breakfast substandard experience.

The hotel is some distance from the main tourist spots. But these can easily be reached either from the nearby ( 5 minutes easy walk) Hambrook Sbahn station or on 211 bus ( stop to downtown is across road from hotel).
There is a new supermarket two minutes away.

They were awesome. Our granddaughter left a bag in the room and the hotel staff went out of their way to help us recover it.

The description of this hotel is made up of lies. There is no air conditioning nor is there an airport shuttle. The hotel is a 30 Euro taxi ride from the airport and is a 20 minute walk (more if tugging luggage) from the nearest train station. Avoid unless you have a car. The money “saved” by staying here is not even enough to cover a cab to the airport.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasure. The staff were great and the breakfasts were lovely and lots of things to eat and drink. It's about 10 minutes walk to the main train station and city centre.
By the way, I stayed here from Sunday 18th June to Thursday 22nd June and not Saturday 17th to Wednesday 21st June.

Staff were friendly and the bundled breakfast was pretty good, there's a PopCake pancake printer (pancake machine) plenty of cold meats and cheese, a hot breakfast with sausages, eggs, bacon, beans etc. The fruit juices were a let-down, they came from a dispenser and tasted like squash / cordial. The coffee machine was decent. It was a busy weekend my stay, but things didn't fall apart because of that so I think it proves its a good hotel. The hotel's relatively close to the HBF and city centre and there's an Edeka supermarket just around the corner for snacks etc.

Newer Hikton proper within walking distance to the central train station. Excellent provided breakfast and helpful staff that spoke English. Unlike Hampton Inns in America, there is no guest laundry w. There is also no ice machines for guests,

The Google SBahn UBahn or walking directions are confusing.. The hotel is within 10 minutes walking distance from an UBahn, but the S-Bahn walk to that hotel is confusing.

Despite booking with payment through hotels.com and having a valid confirmation number i was first told there is no room! I had arrived at midnight and was surprised to hear this.
After i showed the payment was done and asked the counter person Omar to help, he found a room for me!!!

The hotel is not comfortable, we stayed two nights and the room was small, a simple breakfast and they did’nt tell us that we should ask for a room cleaning service. Are the hotel on a tight budget to hire staff?

Very clean and comfortable hotel, with spacious and modern rooms. The breakfast is nice. The only downside: the location, since there is not much around and the walking path to the train station is not very pleasant either.
