Would recommend and would stay there again.

This apartment was modern and easy to access. There is a garden area that is quiet and private. The host was detailed with instructions and quick with responses. The apartment is located on the third floor and has 2 bedrooms up an additional staircase. If your party has difficulty with stair, it may not be a good fit. The only issue encountered was parking. There is a paid lot approximately a 5 minute walk away.

The Palazzo has spacious rooms, with a good kitchenette, and a convenient location to many sites in Florence. We were on the floor above street level, next to the street and it was loud. If you’re at all sensitive to noise, bring ear plugs and ask for a room facing the garden.

Very lovely people. Nice clean large accommodation with sleeping areas that are well separated. Comfortable beds and very nice amenities with washing machine. Everything you need and a fantastic location to boot. Terrific value

As soon as you get to the property they let you know that they are NOT an hotel so they will not offer cleaning service in your room. It was a little disappointing because they don’t mention that on Expedia or their website. Bed was clean but a little hard for us, the bathroom had bad smell (mould) and low water pressure. A/C works, I do not recommend the breakfast buffet, it’s €15 per person and very poor. (Meaning coffee, tea, bread and cold scrambled eggs)

I highly recommend this hotel, the service was wonderful, Miss Lucrezia helped me a lot, including indicating a driver to pick me up at the airport. the Hotel is very well located. I will definitely be back to stay at this place.

The location is ideal - close to the action but far enough away to avoid crowds. The garden and lobby areas are very relaxing. The staff is friendly and helpful and the service is excellent. Great stay!

Convenient location - short walk to all the major sights, and a good local supermarket to stock the fridge/mini-kitchen. Comfortable but not sleek - no elevators and wooden or stone floors. Staff were helpful - Florence is overrun with tourists right now, creating problems with taxis and dinner reservations and such. The staff were great at figuring out alternative plans when necessary.

Lovely Palazzo with great staff in the perfect location!

This place is located next to the river and bridge. The place is so easy to walk around lot of places. We walked around and it was great. Its 15 min walk to the center of Florence and other tour activities. Free water and sparkling water too. Nice facility with garden and nice terrace. Staff is very supportive and also caring.. The facility is like our home back in India with mordern settings.. absolutely reccomend this facility .

Sadly, the room looked like none in the pictures. It was very dark, with dark paint and very little natural light. There were no bedside lamps next to the bed, just overhead lighting. The use of space was poorly considered, with little room for luggage or clothes storage. Yet a full cupboard of dishes…. The safe did not work. We reported to staff the first night and were told to lock our door. Later, when talking with Expedia, the hotel staff said we should have come down when we had a problem. We did and our concern was minimized and not corrected. Later that night, when using the large flush, the water on the toilet would not stop running. We found a caretaker, who stopped the running but could not fix the toilet. His advice: only use the small flush. Again, after communicating with Expedia, we were told hotel staff checked the toilet while we were out and found no problem. We were given a key for a side door, which didn’t work. We were told the solution was to not use door if the key did not work. We wanted to cancel the future nights based on the look and feel of the room. It was not permitted by the hotel. We asked for a discount based on the flaws but were told there were none. Individual staff were polite and friendly. Location was central. Garden is beautiful. These so not make up for the ugly room and the disappointing experience overall.

Great location! Very charming and spacious room. Chiara was beyond gracious in accommodating us and even helped us to book subsequent nights for the remainder of our stay in Florence. All properties were perfect.

Our stay here was amazing. Fabulous and luxurious accommodation with easy access to all we wanted.

Beautiful palazzo. It has been restored with that Italian mix of sobriety and fun. The location can’t be better, so near the centre without the inconvenience of traffic interdictions. The restaurant offer nearby is outstanding. Looking forward to return soon.

Beautiful old place, cleverly modernised but sensitively decorated to preserve the old world charm, and with friendly professional staff. A problem we had with noise from an adjoining room on our first night was swiftly and professionally dealt with and we loved the rest of our stay.

Be prepared for quite a few steep stairs. Our rooms had connecting doors to other rooms if needed, but if you're not staying with the people next door it will feel like you are as the noise travels as if you're in the same room, not good at 3am!
