Nice place for a 1 night stay. The room was bigger than expected. The bed was quite firm, which I like. Overall it’s what you would expect for a motel.

My bed was extremely conducive to sleep

This motel was rated excellent by travelers so I booked it. It was not excellent. The King room I stayed in was tiny. The coffee maker didn't work. There were only two outlets to change phone and both cords kept falling out. There were no blackout shades on the windows and the outside lights were so bright at night I couldn't sleep. The bed made the worst cracking sound as if it was falling apart. And you could hear the same noise coming from the adjacent rooms. You only get two pillows for a king bed. Thankfully I had my own. No microwave in the the unit. It definitely is convenient to all the hiking trails but so are about a dozen other motels. I won't stay again.

Very clean old school White Mountains motel and cabins right next to Pemi River. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Seating and fire pit on riverside behind hotel. Close to Lincoln and Woodstock, Franconia Notch, and Flume Gorge.

Stay was good. Would recommend.

The room was clean and cozy and the parking was right in front of the room. We enjoyed our stay!

On the good side of standard. Poor understanding of English on Reception and no orientation, advice or information given. Rear area of river, seating and fire pit is beautiful and all needs can be met in Lincoln just 3 mins drive away. Great to have use of a pool.

Great location and everything was super clean !

Good proximity to the I93, and Irving gas station. A small, but pretty river flows along the back. Pretty clean. Typical old motel (pink toilet & tub! Retro!) with some effort made for upgrades (e.g. laminate flooring). Parking directly in front of your room. Good AC. Modern flat screen with Netflix, Disney, etc. But limited live TV and couldn’t watch the MLB game. Small fridge with a little freezer compartment kept our road trip drinks cold and our ice pack just fit. Small table and 2 chairs. Microwave is communal and outside. Could use different/additional window coverings. Only has blackout curtains (which are great for sleeping) so if you open them because you want daylight in the room, all passers-by - and our room had many - can see right in (when you’re changing your clothes for example). There was no cold water in the shower so the scalding hot water meant no shower the first morning. But two thumbs up, it was fixed by the time we got back later in the day. The sink plug plunger rod didn’t get fixed though. So still had to pry the plug out manually. Didn’t see any restaurants within easy walking distance (the one down the road is shuttered but there was some construction work going on, so maybe eventually?) but found decent options within a 5-15 minute drive. Quick drive to the Flume Gorge and The Basin - which is why we picked it. I’d consider staying again, but with other cute spots in the area I’d probably try another place.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was well maintained and clean, especially considering the price. The location is in ideal for hikers, with many White Mountain trailheads within 15-20 minute drive.

There was no room microwave. The bed platform was wood hard making uncomfortable sleeping. The amenities present seemed different than the write up online. Motel is dated old but okay.

Simply put, this motel is past its expiration date. Pink bathtub and toilet. Band aid type repairs. Maybe ok for one night if you’re looking for a spartan place to sleep.

The tv buffered all night and in AM. Could not even watch! Worthless Bed made a weird noise from the springs that had a metallic “clunking “ sound Ice machine was almost empty and located outdoors

Nice motel, great location. All the staff were super friendly. Rooms were clean and well maintained

Quaint property with beautiful surroundings next to a large creek/small river. We liked everything except no microwave in the room. We had to walk past a few rooms to reach a shared microwave that was inserted into the side of a building. It worked, but was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel was very clean. The bed frame was metal an every time either my husband or i moved it made a metal squeaking noise. The room next to ours had the same problem. We didnt get a lot of sleep. Other than that thr people were great.

Just what I wanted.

Basic room but very clean and comfortable. An in room microwave would be nice but they do offer a shared use micrwave. Early check in was not an issue and 11:00 check out is great. Attentive staff. For the price, I would stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, no-frills motel. Rooms are somewhat dated, but generally well-kept.

I simply cannot wait to return! This is probably my favorite spot in New Hampshire, and finding this cute place made the trip just lovely. Only too bad we stayed for 1 night..
